Very well made product that came packaged beautifully, with accessories that includes, dash mount with a sweet gimbal, vest clip, shouder clip, all power necessities, and a 20 page user manual. As far as buttons for the different functions, the only one that's truly obvious is the red record button, of the remaining 6 function buttons they're going to take some memorizing on the users part, but I was able to master them in a couple of hours, and I'm a regular guy with a regular memory. At its highest resolution setting this little camera produces excellent video quality which is rendered beautifully on the 2x2 color screen, but where these videos really pop is on a computer or smart TV screen. I could go on and on extolling the virtues of this camera, but I won't, I'll just leave you with my final thought . . . this is a solid purchase, I'd go ahead and buy one if I were you.

Great body camera, simple to use and great at low light streets. I love the simple turn on and push record feature...that's it. At night the night vision turns on automatically. I used it to walk my dog at the dog park for several days at 3hrs. Minimum without a problem or discharge battery. Viewing the footage was also simple. At first seeing all those buttons I got nervous but after seen a turn on button and a big red button to record I was happy since is all I needed...turn on and record. I highly recommend specially now a days dealing with ignorance on a simple walk. Times are changing and video proof is a must to avoid going to court on nonsense charges. This camera paid for itself already...I had a chihuahua dog out of leash attacked my dog on a park walk with the owner claiming to the police I was at fault when I had my dog by my side on a leash but the chihuahua dog owner made up a story on his favor...luckily after police saw my video my dog and I were on the clear against a layer irresponsible dog owner. I was lucky to had purchased a body camera days before the incident...what are the chances right?... well I had other closed call incidents before and that's why I decided to protect myself and my got paid off. I highly recommend this body cam...it save me from a huge time and costly headache. The cops automatically put me at fault for having the bigger dog but thankfully the body cam got us justice against the irresponsible dog owner crying wolf.

Great camera. However, even when using the included cable and adapter, I can't get my MacBook Air to find the device. I reached out to support who seemed very responsive at first, but now it's been 4 days with no response. The manufacturer does not have a number you can call, just email or chat and they are located 8 hours ahead of me which is making troubleshooting impossible. I can't return the device because I will no longer have the memories of my trip. So although I got a good deal on it, I can't use it and can't get a refund. ***UPDATE*** The company actually provided a refund for this product and they replied to my email offering further support and did not request the device to be returned. A friend of mine made the suggestion of trying a different cable after it would not connect to his Windows based computer. We discovered that the issue was with the provided cable because once I used his cable with the included adapter and my MacBook, it automatically connected. I was able to download the videos and they are very crisp and clear. I don't know why I didn't think about trying a different cable in the first place, but lesson learned. If the cable would've worked from the get go and if they had better support options, I would definitely give them 5-stars.
