I don’t wear eyeliner anymore but I wanted to look pretty for a Christmas party. Anyway, I get raccoon eyes from literally every eyeliner and mascara. Did not arrive “fine point” as described. I removed the cap and the product was flat across. On the bottom of the pencil there is a small cap that comes off and is somewhat of a sharpener. When I pulled that cap off a chunk of the product, I can only assume was maybe a chunk of refill. It flew into the sink and I could see that it had a point to it. I used the sharpener and after turning it a few times to get a point, I realized how much product was being wasted in the sharpener.
