- Installation of the Boat2Trailer automatic boat latch is very simple. This boat latch is designed to be a bow roller replacement, therefore it is a one bolt installation. You can simply remove your bow roller from your boat trailer and install our Ramp N Clamp Boat2Trailer automatic boat latch in its place. The installation takes roughly 10 minutes. Be sure to use roughly 22 - 26 ft lbs pressure on the insall bolt (snug). This way your latch can still pivot when needed at steeper landings.

I did alot of research before I purchased this clamp. It's a game changer for loading your boat. I have a 2024 yahama ar250 and loading just got alot easier. If you have a ski boat make sure to get the sport model. It was easy to install I did it in the driveway with the boat on the trailer.

the delivery was quick and arrived in good condition. The quality appears to be very nice, looking at the construction. I have not installed these yet and will not for a couple of weeks, but if they work as well as they look I will be very pleased.

This was very easy to install. For me I had to dock my boat for about 10 minutes while I switched this out. I have since hooked a rope to this and just throw it up over my trolling motor. When it's time to launch I just pull the rope and once it releases I throw the rope back toward the truck. When it's time to load you just run the boat up until it locks and your done. For added safety, once I pull out of the water, I use a bungee cord to hold the latch down so it's not accidentally pushed up and released. I absolutely love this since I fish by myself most of the time. I've had people at the boat ramp offer to help me load it unload and when I show them this thing they thinks it's great!

Great device, just couldn’t get it to work properly on my 218 DLV Carolina Skiff. The boat design at the bow kept getting hung up.

I fish alone and this is a big help. Easy release and loading is a snap.

This is one of the best things I could have bought for my boat. I have a 23ft sea ray 230 sundancer. That's a big heavy boat. Getting the boat onto or off the roller trailer before this used to be a bit of a pain. This makes the process a snap. Back in the water, pull a string I tied to the handle and she's out. Drive the boat onto the trailer and listen to it auto lock. Super simple and easy and I don't have to get my feet wet. Awesome buy, highly recommended.
