- Secure Transportation: U-GBP tie down straps are designed to securely hold your boat in place during transportation. They help protect your boat from potential damage caused by excessive movement or vibrations while on the road. Unlike ropes or bungee cords, which can easily stretch or become loose, tie-down straps provide a reliable attachment, reducing the chance of your boat becoming dislodged or coming loose during transit.
- Quick and Efficient Setup: U-GBP short ratchet straps are designed for ease of use. They come with quick-release ratchets, allowing you to quickly and efficiently secure your boat to the trailer. Simply attach the S hook on the trailer to any watercraft, tighten/adjust the length to fit by pulling the tie down strap and sliding the ratchet.
- Adjustable: U-GBP boat tie down straps to trailer are adjustable, which means you can tighten or loosen them as needed to ensure a snug fit. This adaptability allows you to accommodate different boat sizes and shapes, providing a secure fit for various watercraft.
- Durability: U-GBP boat tie down straps are made from durable materials such as nylon, PVC, which are resistant to weathering and water exposure. They have minimum break strength of 2,400 lbs and working load limit of 800 lbs. With proper care and maintenance, they can withstand repeated use and retain their strength and functionality for an extended period, providing you with reliable and durable performance over time.
- Peace of Mind: Using U-GBP tie-down straps gives you peace of mind while transporting your boat. Knowing that your boat is securely fastened to the trailer and won't shift or fall off during transport allows you to focus on the road and enjoy a worry-free journey.

Good basic straps
Color: Red
These are basic straps that work as expected. I also used these to secure a load in the back of a truck. Much easier to use than the same style w 20’ of strapping that you have to manipulate for a small load. The straps and buckles appear to be good quality and i expect these to hold up for a long time after many uses.

perfect length and heavy duty`
Color: Blue
I love the ratchet design on these straps. They replaced some older / much too long stern tie down straps. The length is perfect without a lot of excess strapping left over to wrap around! The material of the strapping is thicker than my original straps - so I am confident to use these straps. I will update my review after a few trips back and forth to the lake.

Great for attaching items to roof racks
Color: Blue
Although these are "marine grade", I used them to strap some lumber to the roof rack of my car. Everything felt secure and it was proven by the fact that nothing flew off the roof - phew! No damage was incorrect to my roof rack and the straps resisted any tearing that might have occurred due to contact with the lumber.

Time will tell
Color: Blue
The “U-GBP Boat Trailer Transom Straps” maximum functional length is about 4 feet (enough webbing must be threaded through and around the axel to allow it to hold). They show the ratcheting mechanism under water in one of the pictures in the advertisement and Technical Details say that the “Fastener Material” is made of stainless steel. I am not sure which parts are included in “Fastener Material” if the ratchet mechanism is then they are well worth the price because most ratcheting mechanisms start to rust making them hard to use. The soft plastic cover on the ratchet handle makes them more comfortable to use than others that do not have it. They look nicely made. They are reasonably easy to tighten and release. One can hold one corner of my lift bed with my boat on it (about 800 pounds, about 200 pounds per corner). I will be using them on my lift so I will find out how they stand up to being over the lake. I will keep the ratcheting mechanism out of the water but they will be exposed to rain.

Nice Sturdy Straps
Color: Blue
Just feeling the weight of these tells me they are better quality than the generic straps you can buy at a big box store. Nice length for a transom strap down, without having too much extra strap to coil or cut (and then fray). Nice rubber grips on the ratchet levers. Hooks are very smoothly finished to minimize chances of scratching. The only thing I would have liked to have seen on a transom specific strap, would have been a pad or some sort of protection under the ratchet mechanism. However, I also realize those usually cost more.

Just what I needed
Color: Blue
Short ratchet straps, they seem to work as well as any other ratchet strap I've had. I got them for a specific application where I need a short strap so these are perfect. No extra strap tail flapping in the breeze while I drive down the road.

Great Straps
Color: Red
So far, so good. Only used them once so far. Make strapping down my geare easier, with no strap dangle.

Sturdy and great looking.
Color: Blue
Great quality; they are heavy duty, but for some reason, they're getting loose while towing my boat. I have to adjust them every hour or two. Can't figure out what is wrong with it.
