Diamond Pattern: Cut along the diagonal lines of the diamond. Striated Pattern: Cut along the grooves for best results. The pattern of the boat flooring doesn't match. After cutting it, I realized it's not the right size. What should I do? Due to manufacturing limitations, we cannot promise pattern alignment between products. If the final size of the mat you cut is too small, we will send you the missing part. Do I need to use extra adhesive? If yes, what kind do you recommend? The boat flooring comes with a built-in adhesive backing. However, if used outdoors for a long time or installed on a curved/uneven surface, we recommend using additional adhesive for extra durability. 3M marine-grade adhesive is a great choice.
