First of all, this product is being falsely advertised. My desk did not come with an outlet, USB ports, or anything like it. It also came with lights that are basically a garland that you stick to the front of the frame around the mirror. There's no way to hide the wires cleanly like it is shown in the pictures. The pictures show lights that look like they'd go in holes and wires would be in the back. This one has no holes. Lights and wires would all be on the front. If I hadn't already assembled it, I would return this thing. I am very pissed. Build quality is poor at best. Several instruction steps have pictures that don't match the parts. Several pieces, especially drawers, don't line up nicely (see picture). Screw covers are actually stick on tapes! Lots of parts have numbers printed on them and they are visible when you open the drawers and such so they are not printed on hidden surfaces. The screws included for the crystal knobs are too long so I can't install the knobs. I don't think this thing will last a move if I had to move it because it doesn't feel sturdy either. I can keep going with all the problems this thing has but it's not worth my time. Fortunately, my 15 year old doesn't mind that stuff. But as the adult that spent money on it, it drives me nuts. The only reason I'm not returning it is because I don't even want to spend time to take it apart. It already took about 4 hours to assemble and I have a master's in mechanical engineering. There's no way I'd be able to pack it back up so not even sure how a return would work. What a joke.

The media could not be loaded. **EDIT** I contacted the seller, & they will do NOTHING for me. They said it’s my fault & that they are done with my “case.” For the sake of your money, time, & respect for yourself. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. This vanity took me about 8 hours total to assemble.. Super complicated, the instructions are confusing. There were many times that I had to unscrew & rescrew parts because the instructions weren’t clear enough. During this whole assembly process, I broke about 6 pegs because it seems they’re not strong enough to support the weight of the mirror. While screwing the rolling trays onto the drawers, every single plank split. As I was putting the top counter onto the drawer section, the peg just went straight through as if the material was not strong enough to hold. The mirror is really not secured on top, its so wobbly.. if there is an earthquake, it’s definitely coming down. Also, the drawers aren’t even or sealed. They leave gapping between them. I’m so disappointed in this vanity, I had higher hopes for it with the pictures & the price.. You can get something better from Ikea for half the price.

UPDATE: 1/04/2023 As mentioned below this vanity was to be a Christmas gift for my 15 year old granddaughter. When I told her we were returning it, and showed her the diagram, she opted to keep it in spite of the crude wiring strung from bulb to bulb on the mirror. Very weird. Like something out of the 19th century. So, I went through Amazon to have a professional put it together -- and he was professional in every way. He came with only four tools. He carefully took each piece out of the box and placed them in an ordered fashion. All the parts & pieces were there and none were damaged. It took 3.5 hours from arriving at the door to finish. All the drawers fit properly and pull easily, and the dresser and mirror are soundly attached so that there is no wobble. In my view, the wiring around the bulbs (which is not shown on the Amazon Website) is still crude and cheap looking, BUT my granddaughter seems to be happy with it -- and if she's happy I'm happy! Saved me the hassle of returning the item. Hiring the assembler was well worth the $70.00 we paid for the service. Bottom-line opinion: This item is being falsely advertised on the website. The company, C. P. Commerce is not customer friendly. If there are problems you're going to get the run-around. If you order this you will receive three separate boxes. One for the dresser, one for the mirror. Then a few days later you receive a small box with a string of bulbs, and instructions on how to attach them to the mirror. Thank goodness I opened the last box first; because had we waited until the installer came to put it together, my granddaughter would have ended up with a shabby Vanity with, very plain to see, silver & copper wiring showing between the bulbs on the mirror. Do you see wires between the bulbs on the Boahaus Diane Vanity shown on Amazon's website? NO!! Following Amazon's instructions I contacted the vendor, OJ Commerce and received an email within 48 hours. The email gave me a link to open a line of communication. It also stated " **If for any reason you are unable to respond, this issue can be reopened no later than 30 days from the date the order was delivered." I immediately responded. However, when I attempted to send the response to the link they provided a pop-up said ERR. The link was copied and pasted from OJ Commerce website, so there was no ERR on my part. AMAZON approved the return and sent a label but I need two -- actually three. OJ Commerce was contacted. The lady said they had not approved the return!! This is clearly false advertising. I will be reporting this company to Texas' Attorney General's office.

I did a lot of research online before picking this product. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. Packaging for the product was very poor. I was willing to try to fix the broken corners and maybe put some wood filler and paint but after spending hours trying to put it together, I realized that the drawers don’t fit! Instructions for this product are terrible. Several screws are missing. I have contacted the seller and they refuse to issue a refund unless I pay for shipping and send all the broken pieces back. On top of all, the light brightness is not adjustable and its extremely bright. Lights do not dim. I have never had a worse experience. I do not recommend buying this product.
