UPDATE (PART 2): Zipper worked great on new cooler during our camping trip... Thank you BLUU your product is great same with your customer service! UPDATE (PART 1): I reached out to BLUU customer service and they are very fast with response as well as trying to correct the faulty zipper. BLUU sent me a new cooler (yet to use it... this weekend hopefully!). BLUU impressed me with the amazing customer service and did their best to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the situation. (I will update how the cooler did once we get back from our camp trip). First post: I spent hours looking for the perfect cooler. Finally decide to go with this one, first camping trip and the zipper failed. My cooler was a Christmas present and now Im outside of the return window with Amazon, next step is working on the warranty they claim to have on these coolers for 2 years. Just used this cooler today! Amazing! Very happy with it! I own many different coolers from yeti to you name it! This one if I had buy another and the price went up $50 I would buy it! Definitely worth it! No leaks And my ice didn’t melt much! Cooler was in the shade the whole time and it was like 93 today ... show more

Very unhappy, zipper pull broke off after having cooler for 2 weeks, used the zipper grease like recommended. Only used it 4 times.

This is a great looking cooler that works wonderfully at keeping ice and drinks cold. The cooler still has ice after 4 days and has not leaked at all from the melted ice. I bought this to take on a road trip from Chicago, IL to Dallas, TX and it not only kept my bottled water and energy drinks ice cold but it also allowed me to bring frozen tubs of Italian beef to my friends that I was visiting so they could have a taste of Chicago, the tubs were still frozen solid after ~950 miles and 16 hours of driving time. What I really love about this cooler is that it has a very small footprint compared to its height which made it super easy to find room for it in my vehicle and still have plenty of room for our suitcases. ... show more

Used this and fell in love. Just the right size and kept things cold in my trunk on a hot day. I used two reusable ice packs - one on the bottom and one on the top - worked as well as the “other” name brand back pack at 1/2 the cost.
