    • Charger malfunction
I love the scooter. I am 6’4 250lbs and it has no problem going 20 real quick on a flat road. The scooter has good power up slight hills slows down to about 10-15. (And I’m a big dude). I also love that the handle bars are wider than most scooters I have seen. It is very well put together and very solid. What I do not like is the kick to start. The drum brakes are not near as good as disc. The charger only after 2 days started intermittently charging and not charging the scooter and causing a beep from the scooter every 20 seconds. I will be returning and getting a replacement more than likely. ... show more

I got this scooter on Amazon day for a really good price. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. The battery last a very long time... it moves uphill just like advertised. It's not super fast (not what I was looking for) . Big deck and comfortable. I don't love the inflatable tires and waiting for a blow out driving in the city... overall a great buy! ... show more

Just purchased. The air filled tires really make for a great ride. I am a technical person and I was unable to pair the scooter to the app. This is huge as it's the only way to lock the scooter. My charger also was smoking and really hot. Reached out to support via the app and e-mail and no response so far.(2 weeks). Picked up a physical lock and charger from Amazon.     • I can’t believe Amazon hasn’t removed this product
I REALLY wanted to like this scooter. It has a nice large platform to stand on and has nice wide handle bars for balance, but the scooter had other plans. After 4 weeks the back tire inner tube popped. Very frustrating. They send a replacement tire, which was impossible to get on. They sent me a video to help but they had a special tool and an extra pair of hands to assist in the video. I didn’t have either. Finally after arguing with them about that they just send me a new scooter. The company stepped up and solved the problem. Or so I thought. I get the new scooter, ride it 3 times and after that it wouldn’t go anymore. The scooter says it’s fully charged, the app says it’s fully charged but it still won’t go. After that I just threw it in the garbage. I’ve had two scooters from this company and neither lasted more than 4 weeks. Don’t buy this scooter. Why would you when there are so many other options out there? ... show more
