The Bluetti AC200Max is priced competitively when the rebate is applied. I recieved the generator shipment with a few days. The instructions are well written and, so far,sytem works well as advertised. I had ordered the solar panels with the unit hower the panels did not attive together with the system. I contacted the Bluetti company by phone and recieved the assurance that the panels would indeed arrive at a later date they specified. I recieved an email detailing this assurancve plus a $20 rebate to compensate me for my inconvienince.     • Even after a month, Bluetti has 2 thousand dollars of my money, and I STILL HAVE NO GENERATOR
Even after about a month, and Bluetti STILL having over 2 thousand dollars of my money, and me working with the seller to try to solve things, I STILL don't have my Bluetti AC200MAX generator, but Bluetti still has my money. And, seems they shipped my item to somewhere in Rochester, NY which is NOWHERE near me here in Michigan. When I brought things to their attention, they told me that it would ship around August 10th or 11th. Today, they now bumped the date back to August 25th, and the original ship date in the system CLAIMED to be July 12th. It's been entirely too long by now, and I'm now VERY suspicious of Bluetti. Yes, yes, yes... look, I understand supply chain shortages are a thing these days. But, how *BLEEP*-ing long does it take one company to fill the order for ONE ITEM for a customer? I'm begging to give SERIOUS consideration to requesting a full refund before much longer. Enough is enough, already! I just wish it were possible for me to give ZERO STARS for this review right now! UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 18TH 2022 IS AS FOLLOWS... On one hand, I was able to get a full refund of the entire purchase cost. On the other hand, it was only with Amazon's help that I was able to get the refund, as the seller claimed the item was not refundable. Plus, my Bluetti power generator item never did arrive, and therefore I still don't see that as being reason enough to change my review from a 1 star rating to anything higher. And, if I had it to do over again, I wouldn't even bother wasting my time trying to purchase this item from Bluetti ever again.     • Enough power for a well pump.
Was a notch up from a previous purchase which wouldn't run the pump. Standard wattage ratings should be checked for equipment to be run off of the battery. Good unit.

Had issue with PV350, bluetti replaced with a new one within a week, Anson at bluetti is awesome, Great to have over 300 watt output from solar again!
