I done many BLUETTI solar build projects now -- some purchased from Amazon, some direct from BLUETTI themselves. On any build where I had a problem, I reached out to BLUETTI Customer Service/Support and they were able to help me problem solve the build or detect the hardware issue. On my most recent build, I added this B300 expansion battery to my mobile solar system; I was running on an older BLUETTI Power Station and this battery expansion was designed for the newer AC300/AC500 models; however, customer service got me setup with the correct power cable and all is working wonderfully! Now, I need to get more solar panels for my array to keep up with my power consumption. This expansion battery makes all the difference when you are doing long distance camping, vacationing, or doing the van-life. It's an absolutely beautiful thing to have portable power when you need it -- especially for cooling down your van parked during the summer months.

I would like to share our great tech support story. First, the product is great. We live off grid with very little sun exposure, so we charge the Bluetti using a Honda 5000 generator. It only takes about 2 1/2 hours to charge the whole bank! From there we power Starlink satellite internet, laptop computers, large TV, lights, etc. For the whole house! We also use a vacuum, fans, and a refrigerator periodically through the day. Bluetti's support is superb! They promptly answered all my questions and went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. I would like to share my experience... I bought 2 B300 batteries for my AC200MAX and while the batteries are nice, I can't see them since they face the wall. The B300 battery was made for the AC300 and AC500 which have battery connectors on the right side. The connectors on the AC200MAX are on the left side, and the battery cables are too short to go from the left to the right connectors. So, my batteries have to face the wall. Bluetti, in its lack of thought - does not have a 3-foot "extension cord" to fix the situation (not that I asked but searched the web site). This review only gets 4 stars since the power button is also in (front) back of the B300 so is hard to turn on and I have to press the button (on both) to turn it on. My components are stacked to take up minimal space. The B300 has 4 battery connectors on the right and none on the left. The only way Bluetti gets 5 stars is if they send me the 3-foot extension to make one cord longer or send the full 6-foot battery cable.
