Received the power unit but not the solar panel. Finally got a box but was another huge power unit. Had to have UPS pick up because it was so heavy. Cost me $16 and never got reimbursed. Finally received the panel which didn't work. They sent me another one that works. Hurray! Seems like a good product but the distributor needs to clean up their act. Very disappointing. ... show more

I ordered this power station that comes with a 200W solar panel. I just got the power station but NO SOLAR PANELS! I was waiting on this for a trip I am going on in 2 days. So now I will not have any panels!! Should have bought the other unit I was looking at. A little angry right now!!

I bought the bluetti eb70s & sp200 solar panel bundle. First I had to figure out which model Maxoak was selling, since they had it listed as the eb70s but the picture showed the older model, eb70. After getting that sorted out, I received the power station but no solar panels. Supposedly FedEx had lost them. I waited almost a month for the solar panels to come, which they finally did. Once I finally got what I had ordered the previous month, I loved it! The bluetti eb70s has been great, the only complaint is the cheap battery percentage indicator. Everyone complains about this, hopefully they fix it. It only shows increments of 20, so you won’t know if your battery is at 80% or 61%, or 20% or 1%. I have a smaller, cheaper power station that indicates to the 1% and tells how long until it’s charged, and how long it will charge it’s current load. Other than the cheap display, it works great and I use my other power station if I need the nitty gritty. The sp200 solar panels are fantastic. In full sun, I’m pulling 194 watts sometimes. I’ve heard that the 8 volt limit on the eb70s would effect the solar charging but it charges QUICK. In cloudy or shady conditions, the panel still pulls around 50-60 watts which is what my 100 watt panel does in full sun. To wrap this up, this is a great combo that has allowed me to camp and have access to electricity anywhere the sun comes up. It will power my tv (35 watts) and Nintendo switch (6-12 watts) for 17 hours, which is insane!! If Bluetti can upgrade the digital display it would be a 10/10. ... show more
