I placed my order with the holidays discount, after a couple of days my order was cancelled by Bluetti stating that a "technical problem with Amazon" created an issue on the final price discount. This does not sound professional and customer oriented decision. Bluetti representative offered me a "$35" discount to remediate the"mistake", for a product that was purchased for more that a $1000 in discounts sounded as a joke. Worked better than expected! Using 1500w solar panels that charge my system back up to 100% during use in the early morning and the solar panels producing more power than I’m using so during the day my system sits on 100% and at nighttime the Bluetti generator takes over! My living room and kitchen have been powered seamlessly without any issues whatsoever!! Best purchase ever..!!     • It's ok if you are gonna grid charger. But total crap if you try to off grid with it.

Bought a bundle. It will only charge with grid power. Contacted bluetti over a month ago. Still no resolution. Not impressed at all. Go with something else. I tried hooking renogy panels with it that are within speck. One way parallel just won't take any charge and series makes battery light blink orange still no charge. ... show more
