  • Pass through charging feature is a commendable feature
Style: BLUETTI Apex 300
Ordered this unit on September 23 and got it two days later ...which was fantastic. This unit meets my needs for 240 volt service to my transfer switch for a few necessary 'power outage' circuits in my house. Bluetti makes a good product (my AC200P has been very reliable for almost 5 years now) and I chose to go with the Apex 300 mainly because of the 120 VAC pass-through charging feature allowing a 240 VAC output concurrently. This is a great feature that some competitors do not have. For me the only downside of the unit is the 60 Voc limitation on the integral PV input, as my solar array is 110 Voc (5S2P) on a good day. Bluetti has this covered with the additional purchase of the Solar X4K if your array produces 150 to around 500 Voc, but my 110Voc is stuck in the middle of the void. My "work-around" is to let one of my other charging stations charge the Apex 300 using the 120 VAC output from that unit ...with the other unit being simultaneously replenished from my solar array. Not the most efficient arrangement, but it works since I have an abundance of solar that usually is wasted for part of the day. Maybe Bluetti will address the 60 to 150 PV charging void with a later accessory release ...maybe another Solar X style external controller or an update to the existing integral PV charging. Bottom line is that I have a solution to work within the limits of my solar array ( which I do not want to modify) and trust the Bluetti name and quality build of this unit to serve my needs as reliably as my aging AC200P. Time will tell, but this unit in my initial testing meets all my power needs for split phase emergency backup. The ability to increase battery storage with a B300K, if needed, is a nice option available for future needs. Very happy with this unit and I highly recommend it. ... show more

  • Works just as thought it would
Style: BLUETTI Apex 300
I have it hooked up with 3 batteries to a 50 amp transfer box. Power went out a couple of times and the system works great. Just make sure you cut the breaker that feeds the unit when the power goes out or you get an error message.

  • Impressive power for the cost
Style: BLUETTI Apex 300
Awesome unit, does as advertised as long as you have everything required, I even used it to run a cross cut saw to make the solar panel frame for its new panels. I recommend this unit to anyone looking to get into hybridizing their home.

  • Bluetti Apex 300 Rec’d Was Damaged and Used!!!
Style: BLUETTI Apex 300
Ordered a “New” Bluetti Apex 300 on December 1, 2025. Received 10 days later. As soon as I opened the box, it was obvious it was used. After I opened the sealed white bag an Apex 300 is shipped in, the entire top of Apex 300 was streaked from where it had been crudely wiped off. First picture even shows where one of the Bluetti labels on the top was faded out from being wiped with something wet…some kind of unknown cleaning solution. There was even a piece of masking tape with an arrow pointing to several scratches. When I pulled the Apex 300 totally out of its Bluetti box, the display glass was scratched, filthy and had fingerprints (and not mine since I used the handles). All sides looked like the top…smeared from a wet cloth, smudges everywhere and at least one fingerprint clearly on the display. When I tipped it up to see the bottom, it was the worst…absolutely filthy and barely wiped. Then I stopped, went and got my IPhone 15 Pro, and I took the following pictures. That is where the return process from hell started with Bluetti. See first you have to email them and wait to receive an Ai Bot response. It’s nothing but babble about customer service, but upon further investigation and after calling Bluetti’s Customer Service, I did find out that all emails are read and responded to by a Bluetti Ai Bot and only then does a real person review the response emails. Every Ai email I rec’d is this combination of some conciliatory fake apology about how you must feel and then apologies galore. Every single email I rec’d was the same. Through some critical writing though, I was able to get this Bluetti Ai Bot to admit the unit I received was in fact not new simply because of the little piece of masking tape with the arrow. That would be more consisted with a returned or remanufactured Apex 300 the Ai bot admitted. Bluetti asked for pictures. I supplied them. Then several days later, Bluetti asked for videos but I had already packaged the USED Apex 300 I rec’d and was ready to return it. The first day they scheduled the return for pickup was a bust and of course for the preverbal wait-all-day pick-up time. I literally checked on the package every 5 minutes on the porch so it was not stolen…first day of work missed at great expense and frustration. Bluetti rescheduled another return pickup several days later because of the weekend, and again I had to wait most of the day missing yet another day of work. Let us also not forget the now close to 10 to 12 hours and even more days trying to correspond with Bluetti’s Ai Bot for some resolution. We also missed being able to claim the 30% Federal tax deduction since the Apex 300 was to be main power station in our grid down backup option since it is a 120/240 unit. By the time our money was credited back to our account, it was too late to order and install any other power station like an EcoFlow. We also could now not claim the1900W of brand new solar panels, line fuses, 8 &10 AWG PV wire, fuses, cutoffs, 2 ga battery cables and new 51.2v LiFePo battery bank. Bluetti offered a generously laughable 5% discount should I want to reorder another Bluetti Apex 300. Now that’s customer service…let me send you a bill for all I’ve lost Bluetti and it would be close to $2500. Tell your Family. Tell your friends. Watch Will Prowse on YouTube and build your own, more capable system for less. More importantly, it’s not that hard, you’ll know and understand building your own modular system that you can fix yourself, it cannot be hacked, turned off, damaged or shut down from planned obsolescence because it has WiFi and Bluetooth. Remember Bluetti now knows your email, internet provider, address, telephone number…think that’s far fetched? Good Luck…now get it done! And yes, I’ll be taking my own advice! ... show more

  • Great system but with a frustrating lack of detailed instructions
Style: BLUETTI Apex 300
I initially gave a very poor review due to a lot of frustrations getting all the features to work as advertised. This was due to the lack of detail in the instructions and the overall lack of information. I now have it functioning well and really like the system, but am giving it 4 stars due to the documentation issues. ... show more

  • BLUETTI are Incredible backup Batteries!!!
Style: BLUETTI Apex 300
First things first! Heads up! This Battery is extremely heavy! If you have any issues with moving around 85 lbs on your own, get a small cart for it! I am an average Adult Male and it was tough to lift on to my shelf by myself. Now, that should not discourage you from reading on. The Battery is super worth it! This is an absolute beast of a Battery that can run practically anything in your Home or Travel Vehicle you may need during any situation you may encounter. This Unit powered my Washer and Gas Dryer like they were on the Grid! Now this Battery may seem a bit featureless in regards to missing DC Ports, but this Battery is meant to be a bit simpler to keep initial costs down. It allows you to add additional modules as you need. You will love this investment! Def buy! ... show more

  • Great investment
Style: BLUETTI Apex 300
Works as an ups and Solar generator, About 85lbs. , uses about 20 watts while connected, very quiet really no noise , just plugged it in and started working. Read the instructions , excellent UPS feature, will update later ..UPDATE November 6th : it will only run a smart tv, router, computer for about 18 hrs. , so if you can, buy the set with the xtra battery, so it will have enough power until sun comes out and starts charging, this way you’ll only need Solar. ... show more
