Nice helmet BUT, I found it difficult to plug the charging wire down behind the foam. Worried that the small plug would get stressed and damage plug or battery receptacle. They give you a small hooked tool to reach behind the foam and pull the battery out and you can plug the battery in but you then you don't know the charge status because you only see that on the control on the helmet when battery is plugged into the helmet. I bought this helmet. The inner padding was to small. And the gloves were to big. But, they quickly replaced with to a bigger padding and smalker gloves at no charge! Great company! Will buy again in the future!

I guess I was expecting full blown & up loud and it doesnt work that way. Probably a good thing so I dont kill myself on my bike while jammin to music. I do like it and it does suit my purpose. The gloves were a nice surprise they fit perfect and I didnt think I could find decent gloves.

My husband has a big head and when the helmet arrived it was to tight. The company emailed me the day it arrived and I told them it was to tight, less than a week later we had thinner inserts and and it he fits perfectly and works great! My husband loves it!

So first off this is a helmet, it does what helmets do, other than that its really not worth the price. Lets break it down. The helmet is comfortable, I did have to contact customer service to get a smaller set of inserts to be comfortable. I've got a big head, thats a me problem, not theirs. It holds up just fine in the wind, there isnt any kind of issues while riding, the visor stays firmly in place even when cracked because this helmet fogs like crazy in the early morning. It fogs up so bad that I often use the tinted second visor much more often because I simply cant see when the main visor is closed. The helmet has little, very very little airflow. I can close the visor all the way once it hits about 80 degrees without worry of it fogging up, but under about 80 if you dont have the visor cracked you will be blind in minutes. Customer service is pretty good, I contacted them about the fogging issue and they sent me a "non fogging visor" for free. Its just as bad as the normal one, so dont be fooled. This helmet is not great if you wear glasses, I have bent the arms of my glasses and broken it getting them on and off, but im 200$ into this helmet so I'm kinda stuck with it for now. For the bluetooth, it connects just fine and holds connection no matter where my phone is on the bike. I've had iot on the bars, in my jacket, and in my backpack with no connection issues, It stays connected and 0 interrutions in music, however, sometime I wish there were because sound quality is pretty awful. When I say awful i mean like no bass, and its louder than it should be. Music that comes through is distorted quality from time to time and its really not good if you like to groove a whole lot, but it does play music so theres that i guess. Call quality is actually pretty good, sounds like a phone call should, and ive been told that on the other end I come through loud and clear and the bike and wind cant even be heard. When the visor is down there isn't a whole lot of wind noise, but you cant see half the time so you gotta open the visor and that just negates the whole point. I wouldn't buy this helmet again for the fogging and sound quality, but if you just wanna waste 200$ go for it. ... show more

The Bluetooth was more difficult to get installed than I expected,it paired easy and is easy to operate but having to remove the padding to install is a pain. It takes some time to play with the buttons to figure out what does what, especially when you can't see the buttons and possibly have gloves on too. I think the buttons could be made more simple, but it works as designed so I'll adjust. The gloves are better quality than I expected for a free item so I'm happy about that. Some of the fingers are a good bit longer than my fingers so I'm not sure if that's a glove problem or if I just have some short fingers.
