This Hearing Aid has one feature I really enjoyed and that was having the APP to use rather than fiddling with the controls on the device. You can control the settings through the APP which I found much easier to use (which is also nice for those with arthritic hands). The one drawback is that you have to turn off Bluetooth or it kills the battery fast. The APP also has a nice feature where you can personalize the settings for your specific hearing loss to get the best use out of the device. These Hearing Aids are really good and a cut above some other brands I have used. They are not all that discreet (in my opinion) as they are large and held behind the ear. I have found others that you can hide inside the ear but usually do not work as well. They come with several ear tips, which is nice as I have small ear canals and it can be difficult to find items that fit properly. It also has 3 modes for Normal (home) or Noisy (in public) or for people with Tinnitus. This is a great feature since the amplification of sound can be tricky, especially in public areas that are loud. The device also has a nice charging stand, is powered for a long period of time (14 hours) and each control has separate settings (in case you can’t hear as well out of one ear to another). It also has a great instruction manual for the hearing aid and APP instructions. Overall, I think this is a great product and can recommend. ... show more

I ordered these Bluetooth Hearing Aids for 91 year old grandpa. The setup process is fairly easy and the APP is easy to navigate. Also I love the rechargeable feature so that he does not need to replace batteries. I have brought him an expensive name brand hearing aids (~$900) set but that's battery operated. Not to mention the other features and product quality are pretty much the same. That said, this is a great value for money if you are looking for high quality hearing aids. ... show more

Very good hearing aid. I can hear very easily. In fact when my 1lb rooster started crowing, I had to turn off the hearing aid, and I only had one in my ear at the time! Ouch.

These hearing amplifiers are the best I've tried so far. Sounds are clear. Love that I can control them with an app and using my phone. The beige color is nice because it makes them a bit more discreet. With longer hair, they're almost invisible. Easy to charge up on the base. The media could not be loaded. Taking a cue from the latest bluetooth earbuds, this pair of hearing aids take the classic hearing aid with a manual volume dial and power button, but adds the modern conveniences that you'd find in bluetooth earbuds. These earbuds are light and come with soft silicone pieces in two sizes for the best fit possible and out of the box, it just works. Turn it on by holding the power button and adjust the volume. Once inserted in the ear, the hearing aid is quite comfortable and becomes unnoticeable after a while. As with many bluetooth earbuds, the charging base for this hearing aid has a battery built in so that it can extend the battery life of these devices. With a type-c connector, it can be charged easily from many charging devices that you may already have around the house. In terms of amplification, this hearing aid can get quite loud, which is exactly what they are for. Pair these things with a phone app and you can actually adjust the equalizer to fit your needs. Turn down the higher frequencies if you're more sensitive to high pitched sounds. I got these things for my dad and the result is that where he normally turns the volume of the tv up pretty high, he can now leave the volume lowered and the rest of us can hear ourselves talk.
