I have been using this head set for the past week and a half and im really impress with it. The first thing that stand out to me is the battery life, Im been using them for week and a have for Teams meetings and to listen to music and they still do not need to be charged. The second thing that stand out to me is the fact that both ear get the same quality audio with music and calls and the easiness to mute/unmute with the press button or by lifting the microphone. Lastly I would remark the comfort, they are soft and adjustable in every way without being bulky. Love this headset and will be using for a good time

The company messaged me to assure me of their willingness to cover any issues the headset might have, so I feel the need to review it. Most places just sell you their stuff and take the money. They took the time to hit a button and reach out, so they've earned a review, I figure. Not much to say, actuallly. It WORKS. It is very comfortable, the battery life is better than any headset I've used before, bar none... and those things were $80 or more. Once I figured out the settings, I've never had such clear calls through both my phone AND through the computer. The quality was so good that I thought something might have been wrong. I'm not exaggerating... I'm used to calls with rough connections. Had so few issues so far with this headset, that I could not believe it. I know, this sounds very much like an ad or too much exposition. No one's paying me to say this... I just really appreciate this headset as it solved problems that I was not aware that I had. For $30. I guess if I had to say something negative, is that it feels a bit light, so I wouldn't recommend throwing it against a wall, PARTICULARLY while wearing it. That might not end well. Otherwise, it's great. I literally have no complaints. I like buying things that actually do what they claim to do. More rare nowadays than it really should be. In 90's eBay lingo, "A++++++ Would Buy Again"

I received mine not to long ago and really do like it. For it being Bluetooth and a mic is amazing because for the price you can't beat it because other Bluetooth headsets with mics cost twice as much. I am happy with what I have, work well, don't have any issues and my kids were screaming murder (jk they just be loud & obnoxious) in the background while I was on the phone with a client and they couldn't even hear the kids.

Just got these headphones, paired easily and seem comfortable. The sound through the earphones are great but people can barely hear me through the microphone. I adjusted the volume on the headset and through the computer settings but never got more than 20 percent on the microphone tests, when I was yelling at it. Will have to return.

I was in a market for a new headset and I decided to purchase this product. I am a truck driver and spend a lot of time talking on the phone and needed something affordable. I am amazed by this product and my purchase. Unboxing the item, the headset felt heavy enough to where it isn't "cheaply made" and fits just perfect on my head. I used it for a whole day and most headsets make my ears hurts after couple hours of use but this one didn't. Battery life and Bluetooth distance connectivity is also great. I walked almost to the rear of the trailer with my phone in the truck before I lost connectivity. I use a iPhone, and all the functions on the headset work such as volume up/down, siri, answer/denying calls. The instruction manual is very easy to read and to understand. They also take customer service very seriously, and if you have any issues with the headset its a e-mail away and you will receive help. It seems if they stand behind their product. What more can I say other then this is a great headset with a great company that cares about their customer. If you are in a market for a nice affordable headset, this is the one you need.

Likes: Battery life is excellent and so are the features. Dislikes: I was told it sounded like I was on speaker phone. This didn’t happen with every call but just made me anxious that it would happen again as I purchased the headset for remote work (this might’ve been a connectivity issue on my end though so who knows). I’m writing this review because the headset broke after having it for 3 months with no harsh use at all (I would use it 4 days a week if that). I literally grabbed it to use one day and noticed that the mic piece was detached and only hanging on by a small piece of wire. Looks cheaply made by the way it came apart. I contacted customer service for a refund.

I've been using this for several days in many work meetings as I work from home now. The sound is great and the microphone is great. The only issue is extending the ear phones out all the way is still not enough to reach both of my ears comfortably on my big head. So I shift it to the left slightly so its solidly on my left ear and the microphone is in front of my mouth. It's still quite comfortable to wear in this position.
