Worked great at first but after about a month disconnects and reconnects constantly even though I'm right next to my device. Very frustrating as I'm on video calls all day.     • No "sidetone" (you can't hear yourself)

Be aware that since this type of headset covers both ears, and has a noise cancelling feature, AND has no "sidetone" (feedback of your own voice), ...you won't be able to hear yourself talking. I've since learned that hardly any Bluetooth headsets near this price point have sidetone so perhaps it's not fair to deduct a star, but.... I found a few other minor issues with the headset. The directions have conflicting info regarding how to set up pairing, including both "Hold the multi-function button for 4s after power ON" and elsewhere in the manual "In power OFF status, press and hold the MFB for 1.5 seconds to enter pairing mode..." (my emphasis). There is also a mention of a "Teams" button which is not defined anywhere else(?). Finally both volume adjustment buttons have a "-" symbol (no "+" symbol). ... show more
