This thing stunk. First one I ordered was a dud. Returned it and reordered just in case I just got a bad one. Second one was the same. Bluetooth connected, but headset disconnected/turned off less than 3 minutes into using it and case wouldn't charge but the LED light constantly said above 90%. Same issue with both units. These things are trash.

The earpiece and product overall looks very cool and has great feature. HOWEVER, the unit I received disconnects every 5 minutes (automatically turns off). Hopefully this is a device specific issue and not all of them are like this. I've tested this on my iPhone as well as my iMac 24" and both had the same exact results. Looking to see if the replacement will be ok. Update 9/15/2025 - changed back to 5 stars, replacement arrived and is working properly!

This headset shuts off every 4 minutes without notice. The directions are horrible and very limited. There is no trouble shooting. It does not fit on your ear probably. It makes the voices and music sound like it's in a tin can. No quality. No Clarity. This product should be removed from Amazon.

Shuts off every few minutes without warning. I've reset this device multiple times as per the instructions and that fixed nothing. In the windows device manager, the dongle gives and error 31 - it can't install the drivers it wants. Case constantly reports that it's at 90% despite multiple days passing. I have never seen another number on it. Was initially a one star review but adjusting because it does fit over my ear fairly nicely, and doesn't cause excessive fatigue in the one ear. The sound quality is decent, at least for the kinds of OSTs I listen to. It doesn't feel terribly flimsy either. I do like the case a lot as well. But the crux of it is - it is constantly shutting off while in use. The time period seems to be random, and having the dongle plugged in versus not doesn't have much of an effect. It turns off regardless. I'm incredibly disappointed in the time I spent trying to fix what was going on - it had everything else I needed for it to be a daily use, but this constant shutting off and mismatched display for how much power it has? That's a major problem for me.

Value for the price, but does not work on my computer, which is the reason I purchased. Bummer. But it is very comfortable and clear and connected right to my phone and sense I have been having issues with my other headphones I will probably keep until they can be replaced. Came fully charged but lost about over 40 quickly, that could have been my fault not knowing how to use properly yet. So overall, good purchase.

This ear piece has the best quality to me and I can use this without having to pick up my phone , it fits comfortably in my ear and it drowns out the background noise , if you are looking for a affordable earbuds this is the one .
