Happy with this bluetooth ear piece. It was a quarter of the price I paid for an expensive Plantronics and better. Callers said the Plantronics had a far away echo and not good quality. This bluetooth is good sound quality to me, not quite perfect to someone I call, however, it's way better than the expensive Plantronics. I've been told it has a slight distant sound but still good for them to hear. For the less expensive cost, I think it's great. It's small and compact and fits my ear better, comfortable, descent sound quality, easy to set up and pair and works well with my Samsung S22 Ultra. I especially like the volume control on the bluetooth device rather than rely on volume controlled by the phone. The new phone systems do not have good bluetooth volume when controlled by the phone. This bluetooth solved that problem for me with its own volume control. I am very pleasantly surprised with this less expensive bluetooth. I would buy more of these to keep as spare.

This would have been a great product overall had it not been for the torturous ear loop on the headset. The sound quality for listening as well as the mic was great, the best of the 4 different headsets I’ve purchased over the last month, especially for the price. This was the least expensive of all 4 with the best sound quality and functionality. However the loop digs into the cartilage behind my ear and in a very short period I can’t keep it on. I’ve tried repositioning the loop as well as the headset without resolving this problem. If they fixed this issue I’d purchase again, but ONLY if resolved because it’s more than uncomfortable, it’s very painful and last long after removing headset. It’s too bad because otherwise it’s perfect.
