I love how this earpiece can be worn in either ear, and it comes fully charged at 100%. It's very lightweight, and the sound quality from one earphone is exceptional. The bass is impressive, and the audio is very clear. I appreciate that it has physical buttons for adjusting the volume, as well as a button for pausing music, making it easy to use without fumbling around. Additionally, you can connect it to up to two devices, which saves a lot of time.

This headset is a great value for the money. Easily less than half the price of the other big name brands. The sound quality on phone calls is excellent; if you want to also use this for music listening I would rate it as good, but there may be better choices out there. Music listening on this headset is not high on my list of priorities, so that's not an issue for me. Connecting/ pairing to my phone was super simple. The charging case is pretty nice with the built in display showing the percentage of charge left. I go for many days to a week between headset charges, but your mileage may vary depending on how much you use it. The headset is very sleek and stylish; I like that all of the electronics are built into the microphone boom and there's no big bulky piece trying to hide behind your ear. The unit comes with a nice assortment of different silicone ear tips, so getting a good fit is easy. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase, and recommend this headset.

Very disappointed. It says it will connect to two devices simultaneously, so I tried my cell phone and computer. It worked, but it really didn't want to work and wouldn't stay connected even though I'm sitting in front of both devices all day. Also, when you turn if off for a while and then turn it back on, it doesn't want to connect even though it is paired. I used it just one day and when turning it off and back on, I had to "forget" the device a couple of times, and then pair it again just to be able to use it.

I am very impressed with this product. Case is slim and reads battery life, ear piece fits nicely in case. Unlike earbuds where you have to remember taps and pressure points, this has actual buttons. The buttons once you learn which is what, work better. Especially if your fingers are cold and don't register on the taps of an ear buds, buttons won't fail you. I can also leave my phone and still have connection from inside to outside. The ear hugger is comfortable and lessens worry of falling out. Sound is clear and if doing a call, the can hear you clearly as well. Highly recommend this product.
