Decent headset, not very loud when watching videos or listening to podcasts, but good for talking on the phone which is it’s main purpose

This is ESSENTIAL if you are involved in any kind of roadwork or driving. I work incident response. I use this all day long and find it hard leaving when I clock out. I use it doing yard work on weekends and around the house doing chores. I never realized how much I needed one until I got one. However it's far from perfect. My biggest complaint is the slow chinese robotic voice reading out the phone number when you receive a call instead of just ringing like the phone rings. I could swipe answer on my phone but my headset will not copy that command unless I press the answer button or speak 'answer' to the mic. If I receive a call during a call I can switch over via the headset while the other party is on hold but if I use the headset again it hangs up both calls (as opposed to the one I'm on). There are limited options to change these things and the app is largely unnecessary and horribly designed. It does have long battery life, can work 3 days without a charge!! Have a few issues with it sliding off my head, wearing a baseball cap helps tremendously (or even awkward positioned hard hats) ... show more

    • NO GLASSES, NO LONG HAIR
no matter how much I wanna love it she didn't love me... I know this product from a friend I'm working in extreme environments, noise cancelation is a must! but next to that is (comfort)…sorry, ability to have it on more then 10 minutes with no need to adjust it with dirty hands... however I'm wearing glasses and this big thing is pressing on my ear so much, I can't wear it for to long so when I finally want it off, the rotatable WING (I really don't know how to call it, name it yourself) is getting caught in my lovely curled hair... everything is tangled together, & I have to undo it with my dirty hands (still thinking about an hand self clean feature...) so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with glasses or long hair THE END. ... show more
