The media could not be loaded. Update: after posting my original review costumer service contacted me and offered to send a replacement. Replacement came very quickly. Great customer service. My review has changed from 1 to 4 stars After just 6 days this rc car has already stopped working. I initially got this for my dog to chase. Out of the box the car was very fast and the steering was responsive. The car always veered to the left and no matter how much I adjusted the wheels as per the instructions it stilled always veered to the left. The car was also relatively quiet until it started making this weird sound and then quickly after that the car would only move very slowly with a fully charged battery. It won't even move if its on grass, which it did very well before it started to break down. My dog does not chew or grab onto the rc car, so there is no reason as to why it stopped working after only 6 days.

This is a really cool little truck for the price. I got it on sale which made it an even better deal. It seems pretty well built, rather quick, not hobby RC quick, but faster than all most anything you’ll get in a big box store. For RWD, it does best on smooth services, but manages short grass, dirt and small stones pretty well. Controller is a bit touchy, but my kid is getting use to it. My kids love the light kit. Two batteries hold up well and charge pretty quick. All in all, this seems like it is a great starter RC truck before introducing them to hobby grade

My nine-year-old son has really enjoyed this product. Just recently there is an issue with the steering where the wheels don’t return to center when you release the steering wheel, which makes it extremely hard to steer. Does anyone have a fix for this?

We purchased two of these RC cars. Both had issues and one doesn't work at all. The seller is completely unresponsive to any support inquires. We called Amazon Corporate and Amazon themselves don't have any contact information for this seller. Unbelievable!!! It would seem pretty basic that Amazon would have the contact information for sellers before having them sell goods on the Amazon platform.

We ordered this car for my son. One of the wheels was damaged, and instead of sending me a link for a replacement wheel, they sent a new car! They were very quick to respond and easy to work with.

It's extremely fast, which is fun in a straight line, but the steering on the remote is so sensitive it's nearly impossible to steer it at speed. You have to slow way down or it will spin out of control. Also, the tires come off of the wheels pretty easily if they run into anything, which, since you can't really steer that well, happens often. Do not recommend.
