OK so I had to come back on and give another review after a couple months of sitting in my closet I decided to take them out and try again idk how but they actually started working properly and it has been months of constant use without any problems! Just make sure you clean them out regularly I learned this the hard way the top piece that comes off/ where the smoke blows out has developed calcium buildup (best way I can describe it) which has stopped the smoke from blowing out correctly and they don't sell replacement pieces but totally not the companies fault! Great product once u get it working and customer service is GREAT when I had my issues they refunded me with no problem quickly. Literally had this product for 4 days already stopped working. Yes it's nice and big Yes the concept is amazing durability is an absolute zero. Save yourself the headache bad product overall!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m sad this is not working as described! I wanted to love this so much! I was so excited to receive it only to find it does not work properly! As much as I wanted it, I don’t think I will keep it! ***UPDATE*** They sent me a new one and didn’t even ask me to return the other one. The customer service is amazing and they are quick to respond and rectify the situation. The best customer support I seen in a long time. Thank you! The new one works great, the mist is visible and the light creates a great ambiance. It’s perfect for a large room and look forward to purchasing this again to give as a gift. The media could not be loaded. This diffuser is a beautiful design, very modern. It seems to shoot out a lot of mist so the humidity is fantastic. The plastic container It is seems to be good quality.. it is a dark walnut, like it said it would be. However, the only drawback is it is not very bright, the color during the day. So if that's what you're getting it for you probably would not want this product. That is not what I bought it for I bought it for the practicality of what it is. And it definitely stands out with that. It has wonderful instructions, very easy to follow. Very detailed and the pictures you can follow along with it. Kudos to them for who made up the instructions. So, remote control seems to work better than touching the machine itself the remote control comes with batteries. It has an exceptionally long cord. For putting it in a living room or something or a bedside table. It does have mist settings option. It does have timer's options. And for the most part, it does have the options for lights. The box was sturdy and it was packaged very well. There doesn't seem to be any flaws in any of the plastic like scratches. And if this is your first time diffuser, it tells you the do's and don'ts in the instructions. All in all, I think this is a very good product. I would suggest someone buying it if you don't like to keep filling.Your diffuser up all the time I would like to add an update here. It does have the capacity of running for 24hrs straight through.. and at night, the light lights up the whole thing.. during the day, you wouldn't have color but at night, it makes a huge nightlight, and it's very pretty. I included a picture for you to see at night. You would also have to add more of your oils about half way down because the smell goes away. Bought 2 of these one stopped working after 4 months and the other one same thing. I have cleaned followed the instructions on n deep cleaning everything they suggest and nothing. The mist stops blowing and motor makes a noise. Worked good while it worked. Looking for different ones that work better for large rooms! ... show more

I think it's a large tank that holds a lot of water which is great. Thats why I gave it a 3 star. However, you can barely see the mist coming out so I can't tell whether it's on or not. I have a smaller diffuser that puts out a lot more steam than this one. Again, I purchased this one because of the large tank. Then the company sent me the wrong color. I did not request brown. It doesn't make sense to send back because you almost pay as much to send it back than the original cost. If you're looking for a machine to put out heavy mist then this is NOT for you. I'm sorry, I had to update this. I decreased it to a one star. I left it on all night and nothing happened at all. Again, it is not strong at all. I purchased this 4000 ml thinking it would be good in my livingroom and it would give off such a good aroma once I put my fragrance in it. Again, nothing was happening and the mist is so slow. I am thinking about sending it back not. At first I said I wouldn't but it doesn't make sense for me to keep it if I'm not going to use it. I have to change my review because this company sent me another diffuser for replacement. It works wonderfully. So I changed from the 1 star to a 4 star. It would be a 5 star but it took some time to get this situated. However, I will be odeing another oe because this is a large one and it covers my livingroom. Unit worked the first use then stopped. It would not "mist", the unit would spit water but no amount of cleaning or adjusting would get it to work...... this is a piece of Chinesium garbage...... Update, seller contacted me and refunded purchase and offered to send another unit as replacement..... customer service is good we will try the other unit.... time will tell if that one operates as it should ... show more
