I believe it took around 2 weeks to get. Assembly was pretty easy, total it took maybe 45 min as I was taking my time. Hardest part was aligning the screws for the plastic covers on the recline hinges. And maybe the only discrepancy in the instructions I found was on the leg support, mine had the rubber rings already installed on the ends to keep it from sliding out too far when installed. So that gave me 4 rings total and when the rings are already installed the bars won’t slide into the mounting holes. Not sure I will even use the leg support as I have a small foot rest under the desk anyway. Chair is pretty comfy, slightly hard but it’s brand new so I assume I will soften slightly over time. I see commonly ordered things with this chair is arm rest pads and new wheels. Not too concerned about the wheels, but armrest pads I will probably add at some point. They are kinda hard. They are, I assume, foam with the rubbery plastic coating. They have a lot of flexibility though, they lower down to where my hands are at the same height as if on my lap and raise up 5-6 inches from that. The top of the arm rest swivels to point in or out and slides forward or back. The width of the arm rests and seat bottom is generous. I am 5’11” about 200lbs athletic build and don’t feel squeezed at all. Seat back is also comfy, for my size I feel the massage pillow or something of that size is a must so that I am leaning into the back of the chair rather than leaving a gap between my back and the chair or putting my knees in a bad position by scooting that extra bit back without the pillow. The neck pillow is a little uncomfortable, for me, I may try to take out some of the padding to soften it and not have it stick out as much. Overall I love the chair and is as close to perfect as I have had. And will take just some slight customization or modifications of pillows or adding pads to the arm rest to take it to that extra distance to make it perfect to fit my body, which for being on sale at $180 and mods push it to maybe $200 it’s still an amazing deal compared to others that exceed 3 or even $500 ... show more

Just arrived. Took about 30 minutes to assembly. Seems like a quality chair for the price. I’m 6’2” and 245 lbs and I fit nicely in this chair. The side bolsters fit me really well. The imitation leather seems to be of good quality. It’s soft and the padding is good. The lumber massager is a nice touch. It’s small, but gets the job done. I’m glad I spent the extra money and purchased this over the cheaper gaming chairs on Amazon. The quilted pattern makes it look more expensive. Overall I give this an A+ as an initial experience.
