    • BB Wilderness = high cost, but consistently high quality product
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 12 Pound (Pack of 1)
Arguably the best dry kibble cat food for any age cat. Hill’s science diet may be better for specific reasons or illnesses and freshly prepared foods from places like FreshPet will still be superior but too expensive for daily use especially with multiple cats. I’ve used this brand for 4-5 years and it is very high quality. The difference between using a mid level brand to Wilderness is huge. Their coats become thicker and longer, increases in energy, good digestion, and even healthier teeth. Biggest reasons why this is better: 40% protein so it’s no fillers or unnecessary crap. No by-products or chicken meal type ingredients which you will find in EVERY other brand and often at 30% or lower protein even for big name brands. Blue buffalo has lower tier products that are not as good with lower protein. The “Wilderness” brand is their high end product. Their chicken, salmon, duck flavors are interchangeable and won’t upset your cats stomach to switch between. Don’t pay full price this product is often discounted either directly or as combo or multi-buy deal. Full price is nearly $5/pound but if you watch the prices can get $2-3/pd or around $35 for a 11 pound bag. Worth the price even if you’re stuck paying full freight. ... show more

    • Food fine; cat eats it; just don't like having it shoved into my mailbox in 110 degree heat.
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 4 Pound (Pack of 1)
Bought this because the vet said that my cat needs more protein. So this is a high-quality product with high protein. The cat likes it, so I'm happy. Just don't like them leaving the food in the mailbox here where it's 110 degrees during the day. Maybe it doesn't matter but I doubt that it's good for the food to sit in that heat. Everything else I get from Amazon comes to my door and I retrieve it right away; but this is shoved into my mailbox at the front of the complex ... show more

    • A healthy alternative to the big brands.
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 12 Pound (Pack of 1)
Bought this on a clearance rack at wally's world to see if the cats would like it. They seem to love it and it's much better than the cheapo brand they used to insist upon (the McDonalds of cat food). Now we keep a bowl of this out and then feed them wet food a couple times a day and they are happy as can be. The food doesn't stink like seafood and the nutritional label is a lot better than Purina stuff, etc. Our cats prefer this over Purina One which they got hooked on when my sister stayed with us and fed them some. ... show more

    • Better than your typical cat food
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 6 Pound (Pack of 1)
More protein cats need, no grains they don't. After switching to this, my cats' coats are noticably softer. Switched my mom's cat over to this and his flaky skin is almost completely gone. All of them seem to really like it.

    • Yes for my cat
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 12 Pound (Pack of 1)
My cat used to eat IMAO kitten dry food when he was a kitten. But he refused to eat IMAO when he grow up. He likes this dry food.

    • My cat has been happily eating it for over a year
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 9.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
Quick take: I've been buying this for my cat for more than a year now, mostly because I trust the Blue Buffalo brand and its reputation. I can't really tell you whether it's objectively better or worse than other cat foods, but my cat seems to genuinely enjoy it and has been doing well on it. Pros: My cat likes the taste and consistently eats it I've been using it for more than a year without any issues Convenient subscription makes it easy to keep stocked Blue Buffalo has a reputation that gave me confidence trying it Cons: I'm not an expert, so I can't really say whether it's nutritionally better than other quality cat foods It's difficult for me to measure any specific benefit beyond my cat enjoying it and doing well My verdict: I'm giving it 4 stars because I don't want to pretend I can evaluate the nutritional benefits beyond my own experience. My cat seems happy and healthy, she likes the food, and I've continued buying it for more than a year. That's really what I'm looking for, so I'll keep it on subscription. It's working well for us, even if I can't tell you it's the best cat food out there. ... show more

    • Cats loved it!
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 12 Pound (Pack of 1)
We feed the neighborhood ferals which typically get cheap stuff. I bought a bad of this and they were in heaven! lol. When it ran out they were not happy about going back to the cheap stuff.
