We wanted to see if she can be responsible with a phone before getting anything Else. This phone has been great for her. It’s and Android system but she doesn’t mind. I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!! I love the brand Blu. However, these are refurbished so the chance of you getting a good phone are 50/50!! I read a lot of reviews here and noticed everyone was basically saying the same thing.....I ordered anyway and took the chance. I happened to get a horrible one!! It barely works!!!! When I first powered it on, it wouldn't even come on for a while. When it finally came on it it took me over 2 hours to get my sim to register and actually set-up!!! I was hoping it was this way because of the battery, but it's only gotten worse!!!!! And now I'm stuck with this phone because Im on an extremely fixed income and absolutely CAN NOT AFFORD to replace it!!! It freezes up all of the time, can hardly do anything with it. It always drops my calls, or the speaker randomly switches to speaker phone or if I'm using speaker already, it'll switch and take it off speaker. At one point for about a week, I could only have phone conversations using my earbuds smh. If a call comes in while I'm using it, them it makes the phone freeze and can't answer my call!! I've missed many important calls because of this "phone"! I gave it time to see if it would get better but it's only gotten worse and worse!!!!! Some customers received good phones, and some got junk phones!!!! You decide if you're willing to possibly throw away $100 and still not have a cell phone!!!!!! I purchased this because I needed a AT&T compatible phone, it's ok it's laggy , picture quality is ok , I will say I don't like that my text and calls are Google based and it wants me to enable wifi calling all the time . Overall it's a ok phone would be good for a child that doesn't mind the slower processor. The color is pretty I was impressed not only did it come with a glass screen protector it had a basic black heavy duty case and headphones.
