I use this for gaming only no phone, kinda like a small tablet. I play Pokémon Go with it and it seems to be holding up real well. Battery life is about a day but that's with the game running all day. Every so often BLU has a bunch of questions come up and you have to choose one before the phone will work again. I just choose reboot and all is back to normal after the reboot. I would only recommend for gaming as I don't know how the phone works. ... show more

The battery life with moderate use is very good. The fingerprint reader takes a while to activate, and sometimes doesn't want to work at all. Decent value for the phone.

Edit: This is a very late edit on this phone. After all the hassle listed below, I eventually did a factory reset on the phone. This fixed the issues and I have been using this phone since. It is very sensitive to dampness and there have been some sound issues when moisture gets near the phone, but this has, otherwise, turned out to be a decent phone once I did the factory reset. The phone is beautiful. But who cares when it doesn't work? There is a delay in every single thing I try to do on this phone. Push a button and wait. And now every text message I send says "Sending" and never goes through. I have to keep restarting the phone to make it send messages or to unstick something. My son has a Blu and encouraged me to get one when I broke my other phone. I was so excited to get this up and running. But I am now wasting hours of my day trying to fix problems on it. Messages are not getting to people and I imagine I may also not be getting some. This is not a carrier or service issue, as the phone I switched from was not doing this. I write it in almost every "bad" review, but I am so tired of having to send things back. We are so advanced, yet nothing seems made well. I tried filling out a form for support at BLU and they ask for so much infotmation, including receipts etc. I don't want to take the time to go through that for a product that I just want to work decently. I don't need fabulous. Just working. Edit: I finally called Blu today to see if they could help me fix the messaging issue. The man was knowledgeable and patient and did offer a solution that seemed to fix the messaging problem (for now). However, now I can't get anything else on the phone to work. Everything I try to open goes off and on, off and on. The phone blinks. It opens apps I'm not even trying to open. And it tells me every app is having trouble loading or something (I've forgotten the exact words). I am not sure why I am so livid about the way this phone works. Perhaps because I can't even call 911 on it, as it blinks and glitches and can't even open the phone app. Or maybe because I am going on a trip and now have no reliable way to communicate or stay safe. I originally thought I might be coming back today to change my stars to a higher amount, but I would now give zero stars if I could. ... show more

Started having trouble after the first week. So called Color would change back and forth. You would have great color then all of a sudden screen would go to the old style black and white. Then color came back a few minutes. then drop off to black and white again. This would go on for about 5 to 45minutes. Called the phone service that I was using and they would tell me that the problem was not on their side and was unlocked phone not working with sim card that was supplied by them. Then phone stopped ring or giving any tones when people would send me a text or whatever. then no phone service was gone. I was not receiving calls. When I saw people out and about, they would ask if I got rid of Cell service since I don't have regular phone service. no one could get a hold of me. Then my Doctors offices started asking for new phone number. Phone number never changed. I have sister listed as Emergency Contact and when she started getting calls from my Doctors offices she would go into panic mode and try to call me with NO LUCK. when I would look at my phone to use it I would find my missed call list. with sister listed many times. I would call her back and she would be very upset and mad that I was not answering my calls especially from Doctors. When people called me they got automated message that "The party you are trying to reach doesn't have voicemail set up" then hung up. Then, phone decided it was not going to let me call out anymore either. I would dial number and got silence for about 2 minutes then it would disconnect. I can send text messages but that is a hit or miss gamble. I checked my purchase order and found I was stuck with another fake phone Paper Weight. This makes the 4th one. The last one I spent over $600. for. This kind of CRAP really gets to me since I am on a very limited budget. ... show more

Been my daily use phone for over a year and still going strong. Plenty of storage space, takes excellent photos and video, and is lightning fast. Only small issue is fingerprint sensor seems to be buggy at times, could be finger oils/dirt I usually wipe it off and it works better.
