What is in the box: There is a screen protector in the box too. Not only a phone case. So contact Blu or seller to see if there is a screen protector in the box before you buy. I didn't know it and spent $10 more dollars to get a PACK of 4 in the same purchase. As for the camera; It can only zoom in 4 times instead of 8 times. Or it can somehow to make it zoom in more, I don't have idea!!! 12/08/2024 wrote; I am back to edit my review. I upgrade it to 5 stars. Because .... The phone is no longer a data eater. I did factory reset and waited for one week. It didn't consume lots of data. After one week, I started downloading the apps I need. It didn't consume lots of data either, One more week later, 11/30/24, I added 1 GB to my plan. It 12/08/24 uses 800 MB so far, 9 days. The review below is outdated, no longer true because the data problem solved by doing Factory Reset. Old review, no longer true below: No idea, why this phone consume a lot of data. Only 1 week, it used up my data 5GB. (My plan from Mint Mobile only gives me 5 GB every month). I don't watch video, either play game nor listen music! Why does it consume data so quick????? I rated it 5 stars before. I now downgrade it to 4 stars because this phone seems to use too many mobile data. This phone may not good for the person who doesn't buy unlimited data plan. So certainly, it is not good for the person who just buy the plan with 5 GB data or 10 GB data. I have contacted Blu support and am waiting for a solution. 10/26/2024: I downgraded the star again. Now I rate it 3 stars because of the issue of data usage. BLU already replied, but the suggestions not works. The phone keeps consuming lot of data. I have used this phone for 16 days. been over a month. My carrier did not want to let me upgrade without paying over $200 for a new phone ... shame on them ... I bought this and while not a complete upgrade from my previous motorola, this BLU phone works well and with a little patience, finally connected correctly. Thank you.

I purchased this blu phone and 1 other blu phone for my boys after samsung sent out a faulty app update that froze up a large percentage of galaxy 10 samsung phones. It is an android and is setup mostly like samsung for much less. Definitely recommend. And definitely won't be buying another samsung phone.

I'm happy enough with the device. Battery does last 3 days (for me, anyway). Apps are a little sluggish to start but run just fine. My only complaint is that there are no accessories for this model. All of the cases are for the Blue View 5 which do not fit this phone. The case that came with it is pretty clunky and I usually find an after-market case that I like better - not for this phone.

A beautiful phone..the battery life gets me thru a day with medium use. The phone works well with qlink wireless and any other GSM carrier just put the sim in and you ready to go..the camera is decent quality for the money. The connectivity is on point and Bluetooth was no problem. The phone feels do premium to the touch and look the part looks very high end. Everything you needs comes in the box even earphones. My daughter loves her early Xmas gift

anytime you buy a new phone, you should set it up on wifi only. you should uninstall any app you don't use, like games or other apps you did not install yourself. often, the carrier or phone maker will download those apps to get income. they are referred to as bloat ware. if you can't uninstall, you can disable. meanwhile, take out your sim card, and do the uninstall or disable apps using your home wifi only.
