I bought this simple corner desk because I don't need much, and upon plugging it in my kid freaked out and wants to steal it from me. He has been slowly moving his books in it and keeps trying to take it over. I may lose this battle and have to get another one.. This desk is a perfect corner piece that nestles right in. It's very sturdy and the wood pieces are great as well. The LED lights add a special ambience to the room and it's fun to play with. I do wish the slide out keyboard area was a bit more tight or had a lock to keep it out because it's easy to slip closed when in use if you barely press your hands forward on the keyboard. The height is perfect to work at. I'm a tall person and I don't have to slouch over to actually write on the desk. It sits at the perfect height for me. I think this was a great purchase that didn't give me a headache trying to assemble. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a desk, but doesn't want to take up too much space, or for your kids who want a light up desk. ... show more
