Love the look & is very well made, however, be aware that the holes are not designed to hold bottle level on in every hole per side. Do not assume that all the holes hold each bottle level: *It is surprisingly 1/2 of each side holds the bottles level. I had designed a modern weather wood & glass wine tower for client & intended to use these rack. Sadly my engineers & I discovered you need approximately 12" of clearance on each sides get the bottles into the holding holes ... & since I did not have that space I could not use the racks. Also limiting: The racks in my opinion are not attractive with every other hole left empty or as a one sided use. I have designed/built many high end residential & commercial wine cellars but could not get this rack to work "enclosed" en-though we tried every option. Highly recommend them for wall mount only installations. Love the clean modern look & they are stunning design. I just wonder why they did not allow for a symmetrical balance. I think the product design in general is a 5 start, overall quality seems pretty good and everyone that visit our house ask us where to get them. My only complain is that the wall anchors provided with the package are very very cheap and not even recommended for the weight you will be adding to this rack considering each wine bottle have an approximate of 2kg, so if you end up using these you are exposing yourself to an accident.... I would definitely recommend this product with one condition; get good heavy duty wall anchors like the 75pounds twist n lock from Home Depot. ... show more

The wall mounted holder looks great on the wall, it is said numerous times in these reviews that it looks like a work of art and in many ways it is very true. Certain wine bottles don't fit in to the holes all that well and will leave them angled up or down instead of straight out, for instance, if the bottle has a higher curve towards the neck of the bottle. However, most bottles work perfectly fine in the holder, I put a wide variety of shapes in mine and they all looked fine. Not all bottles look good sitting on their side in conventional holders either, so I wouldn't let that be a determining factor when picking this holder out. I did not use the provided screws and drywall anchors, they are pretty flimsy. I would recommend drilling into a stud or buying anchors that hold more weight. ... show more

This is the first thing anyone comments on when they enter my home, it is a great piece and comes with everything you need to mount it, took less than 5 mins. Looks incredible on the wall, serving as an art piece on its own.

    • Difficult to install
Don't be fooled by the many reviewers who misleadingly claim that this product is easy to install. If you are a generally quite handy person, you may have no difficulty. But precision is required, given that this is a product designed to hold a lot of quite valuable weight on drywall. After a fair amount of effort, I was able to install mine (making sure to drill into studs), though it doesn't feel quite as secure as I'd like to put my mind at ease. The basic mechanics involved seem just a bit off, as there are no hooks--just screws and stainless steel cylinders that support the full weight of 8 bottles of wine. The finished product looks nice on the wall, though if you have children or pets, take great care to make sure that they go nowhere near the wine rack. ... show more

Looks really nice in the kitchen with my stainless steel appliances. I might have gone overboard but I actually went out to buy wine bottles that matched the color scheme of my kitchen. But it looks great!!! It's very sturdy and I lucked out with studs in the location exactly where I wanted to display the wall mount. Not sure if it was necessary. I think on a dry wall you just need screws along with plastic anchors and you might be ok. ... show more
