I purchased these for a move and I’m so glad I did. I have a considerable amount of bulkier clothing items like sweaters and coats so I knew that moving boxes or suitcases weren’t going to cut it. These hold so much stuff! I was able to fit 40+ chunky sweaters in just one bag with room to spare. The handles make it easy to carry and distribute the weight in a way that makes it manageable. I’m now lending them to a family member who is moving soon, so they’ve been well used, and they still look great- no tears or anything. I currently have all my seasonal pillows & cushions/indoor and outdoor, cleaned and stored with fabric softener sheets in between the layers. They fit perfectly under my raised bed. I love the non-snagging zippers and the handles right down to the little pouch. You can cut a piece of a 3 x 5 card and label your storage pouch. I haven’t tested the durability of this product with weighted items, such as blankets or sheets. However, I’m sure they would also accommodate towels and washcloths. Personally, I wouldn’t test the boundaries with heavy items unless you utilize them as a floor space saving storage like under the bed where you just pull them out instead of lifting them for transport. These worked great for keeping us organized and compact while moving my son into his new dorm. They carried a ton of stuff and didn’t break. This makes moving easier! We were able to carry the lighter ones and placed the heavier bags in a sports wagon to carry from the curb up to the third floor dorm. As we were locating, I felt this item might be great to use in lieu of boxes. They should be considered bags and not boxes as they were not as sturdy as I hoped. The sides did not hold their shape when packed and would bulge out. It's not a bad product but I would not use them instead of boxes for moving. ... show more

I like the size and shape, but unfortunately the handles ripped on me pretty early on. The stitching was fine, but the material around the handle gave out. Don’t put too much confidence in the sturdiness of the handles, they weren’t even super heavy, just full of clothes.

I was worried it might be ripped but actually it's very sturdy. Even after moving, it's still in perfect condition. Very easy to use too. You just need to open the zipper and dump your stuff in. I hate moving. It’s not a fun thing for me, especially when you are doing a majority of the work load by yourself( no movers ). Anytime you move you typically have to find/buy moving boxes big enough to carry more things at once and also not too big to make them a pain to carry/haul. I made the conscious decision to see if there was any alternatives. I found several different moving bag options here on Amazon and I landed on these. Let me tell you these were a lifesaver. They have a lot of space per bag to fill things with. It made moving a lot of the tedious stuff waaaay easier. It even got to a point where I was using these to carry quite a few smaller to average size boxes per bag. Being able to lift bags from a standing position, in each hand, is arguably easier on your back, than having to do a full squat to lift boxes. I didn’t get carried away ( no pub intended ) with testing their limits but if you stay within the confines of the bag size you’ll be fine. Another advantage is that if you move frequently, they are reusable and you won’t be left with bunch of boxes to toss out afterwards. You can just stuff the left over bags into one of the other bags, put them in a closet and that be the end. Or you can attempt to fold them back into the original state in which they come packaged. I can’t recommend these enough . My only regret is not buying enough of them. ... show more

Used these to pack my clothes for moving from one state to another. They held a-lot more than I expected. Straps and zippers held up. However, I did receive one bag that had a hole at the seam where the stitching did not catch all pieces. I put a piece of packing tape at the area and did not have any issues with it coming apart. Only dilemma I have what to do with the bags now that everything is unpacked. They do fold to a compact size that will fit under a bed - so that is where they will go until I find another purpose for them. ... show more
