I waited a while to review the Blink Outdoor 4 (4th Gen) Camera Wall Mount because I wanted to see how it handled severe weather. After experiencing rain, snow, and some serious winds, I can confidently say it works perfectly. Even during a tornado warning, it held up great. The weatherproof protective housing is incredibly durable and provides excellent protection for the camera. The camera itself remains secure and fully functional despite the harsh conditions. Installation was simple, and the mount fits the camera snugly, ensuring it stays in place. The design allows for easy adjustment, so I can position the camera exactly where I need it for optimal coverage.

Review of: **Blink Outdoor 4 (4th Gen) Camera Wall Mount, 1 Pack Weatherproof Protective Housing and 360° Adjustable Outdoor Indoor Wall Mount with Blink Sync Module 2 Mount (Blink Camera Not Included)** I ordered this primarily for the camera mount, as I am not a huge fan of the mounts that come with the outdoor Blink cameras. That part of this works quite well. Both my third and fourth gen Blink outdoor cameras fit in this housing fine, though they can be tough to remove once in. The little frame snaps in to provide a little more seal around the camera, and the housing is very easy to attach securely to the mounting bracket. Almost all parts are made of plastic, which is adequate for this purpose. The Sync module holder is interesting, basically letting you attach it to your outlet by having the prints of the USB power adapter go though it and just pinning it to your outlet. It is cheap, flimsy plastic, but it does the trick. And it doesn't block the top outlet when in place. t was nice of them to include a short cable to use to power the Sync module so you don't have 2.5 feet of extra wire to tie off. Overall, this is pretty reasonable for the $10 price even if it is almost all cheap plastic. I don't mount my Sync modules right by an outlet, so that part will go unused, but the camera mount has been put to good use.

The wall mount for blink sync module works well. The short cable from the wall mount saves the space and looks very neat. Also the outdoor camera mount is sturdy and durable. They both work well.

I got this product mainly for the blink sync module 2 mount. The product comes with a small cable and a mount for sync module and outdoor camera. The small cable replaces the OEM charging cable that comes with the sync module. The mount is sturdy and fits perfect. It has small groves on the side to manage the wires and makes the entire cabling look professional. Overall, the mount makes the use of sync module 2 easier and with a cleaner installation.

Hard plastic material qualities OK with a swivel base

I have several Blink cameras around house & wanted one mounted on garage. This fit the bill, had to have son install for me. Little finicky to get up there, & set camera in the housing. Actually camera goes in fine, its the frame that goes over it to hold it in that is finicky. Had to keep trying to snap bottom in tiny slot to to stay/fit in properly. Once we got that in right, these cameras are no-brainers. I highly recommend these housings for them, they help protect from snow, sleet, wind, heavy rain. All of which this one has been through without an issue. Did have to get up there again to change batteries, but other than that haven't had to touch. Really like that we can get these up high enough that someone would need a ladder or truck bed to steal camera. Our garage is in an ally & people seem to think the driveway is public property, we've had things stolen from side of garage in yard, so this is a great deterrent & way to identify anyone we would need to.
