I love this blender! It is so powerful. I blend fruit smoothies and sometimes I put ice in there and it blends just fine. Anything I blend comes out smooth and nice. I also have a Vitamix my partner uses. I tried it and it does not hold up to the power this blender has. In fact, my food was a little gritty and sandy by blending the same amount of time as this blender. If there is a problem, they write you back right away and their customer service is amazing. Another thing I really like is the basket is wide but short, so it holds a lot but can still fit under your counter. I never had a blender that could do that and it is such a useful feature as I can push the blender back against the wall when not in use and have more counter space. Cleaning is really easy. I just use a sponge and it fits nicely under the blades and I never have a problem. It is best for all blenders to clean it right after use as it makes it much easier to clean. if you like a powerful reliable blender I would highly recommend this one.

Let me start by saying that I was attracted to this blender because of the ability to make soup and ice cream. I didn’t realize it would be so big. The base is so large that it’s not made to sit on the countertop. It has several speeds and I was hoping that it would be outlined as far as what speed for soups, ice cream etc. If you can get one of the other models at a reduced price, it may be better. So far I have only used it to crush ice, and it appears to be powerful.

It is a good size, but it doesn't do its job in its entirety, as if it were expected to do it and it hardly melts the ice, as it has to be, it doesn't melt very well for its size, there are always a few whole ice cubes left.

Nothing really fancy about this blender, as it has a simple on/off switch, in addition to a pulse switch, and an knob that controls the speed of the blender. But it does an excellent job of blending things, and makes a very smooth drink without the chunks like some of its competitors. And the price is awesome too, as you can purchase the blender in addition to a 4 year warranty for it right now for about $100. Considering that some of its competitors charge over $100 just for a replacement blender jar, this is really a good deal, as you get a blender and a 4 year warranty all for less than some of its competitors charge for just a replacement jar.
