I ordered this watch to have a replacement with a large face, that is always important to me. However, I expected the hands at least to light up in the dark, but they do not. They look as though they and the numbers are painted with a greenish fluorescent color, but they definitely do not shine in the dark so don't order this watch if that is important to you. I like the large numbers and the large face and the watch isn't too masculine looking, but the band does not seem to be large enough for my wrist and it feels rather tight. I keep adjusting it while I wear it, but it's not perfect in a few ways. It does keep time well and it's a lot easier for me to set than digital watches with which I am hopeless, it has a good old-fashioned face and a secondhand.
