From a performance standpoint, the 9000 is rugged enough for use in the field as an inspector where it handles the daily grind of drops, rain, dust, moisture etc. without fault. It is a high performance tool that provides the necessary high speed performance and the cameras needed for infrared and regular high definition photos. It easily connects to all of my supporting Bluetooth and WiFi devices, and runs all of my work related apps without any issues. It is an invaluable and necessary complement to the rest of the tools in my box of tools.

Mobile data not compatible with AT&T. Talk/text work just fine. Phone is heavy duty AF and the cameras are GREAT. BUT, when not on WiFi, it's a paper weight. Battery life and charge time VERY impressive, but again, no mobile data on AT&T.

Not too far into use now, with that said, this device had done well, the battery is spectacular, the features are as promised, it's durability is unlike any other device I've yet used. The heft of the device is also unmatched as it is heavy, but this along with its mediocre camera quality are more or less non factors to me. The only thing I will mention at deficit is that it is not for those with small, or indextrous hands. The screen is rather large combined with its rather robust chassis combined with the fact that DOKE OS's one handed mode being a bit of a far cry from helpful means you will have to be able to shift the phone around in your hand often if used with one hand. Otherwise I wouldn't call this a steal nor a ripoff, I'm thoughroly as of now satisfied.

awfull phone, totally unreliable. Set up security, still requires pin, during conversations the screen comes to life and your face starts apps, takes pictures, like giving your phone to a 3 year old. I bought mostly for the IR camera, the rest is garbage. I am going back to samsung, Save yourself from the headache and buy something stable

That picture shows a phone and earpiece, blackview brand I guess, because I never got them with the cellphone, why is it there for show in first place, is fake propaganda, unbelievable I bought this cell and not even the courtesy of sending it together.

This phone is listed as "Not Compatible" with AT&T in South Florida. This even though the phone uses all the right frequencies. On a educated hunch, I got the phone and if it wouldn't work in some way with AT&T I could always use a less expensive service with ( T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, Ultra Mobile, ext. ). I have this phone working well with AT&T's 4G service. This is good enough for me but there is a second SIM slot available for the other services if I ever need 5G. My main needs were a good rugged phone with thermal imaging for wild camping. Also, very happy with the high speed charging.

This is the most durable phone I have ever had. Unfortunately, it is also the worst camera I have ever had. If you are a professional who troubleshoots thermal technology on a regular basis, the FLIR feature and the rugged build quality are literally the only reasons to own this device over a comparable mainstream phone.. The rest of it is mediocre at best. Lots of folks misunderstanding battery capacity in various reviews as well. This device does no better than any other flagship device on usable on-time.. They are either lying about capacity, or the device is a power hog even at idle. Take your pick but either way, the perceived battery capacity feels no better than my old, worn out S21. Speakers are awfully loud at lowest setting.. sound quality from them is pretty nice though.
