I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the performance of the fragrance diffuser set I purchased. The set consists of a bottle of oil and accompanying sticks, which are intended to gradually release fragrance into the air, creating an inviting and aromatic atmosphere. Unfortunately, this product falls significantly short of delivering on its promise. First and foremost, the diffuser set exhibits an extremely weak scent throw. One would expect the fragrance to effortlessly fill the room over time, creating a pleasant and lasting ambiance. However, even after leaving the diffuser set in operation for an extended period, the fragrance remains barely detectable unless you bring your nose uncomfortably close to the sticks. This renders the product ineffective in providing the desired aromatic experience. I find the overall quality of the diffuser set to be lacking. While it may have an appealing design, the performance simply does not match its aesthetics. The set's functionality is compromised by its inability to effectively disperse fragrance, rendering it more of a decorative item than a functional and enjoyable addition to the room. I deeply regret my purchase of this fragrance diffuser set. Its inability to disperse a noticeable fragrance unless you're in close proximity to the sticks severely limits its effectiveness and undermines its purpose. I strongly discourage others from investing in this particular product if they seek a fragrance diffuser that can effectively fill the room with delightful scents.

Smells amazing. Lemony fresh and relaxing atmosphere in my bedroom I can smell it before entering the room. Smells so natural not like artificial room sprays and reed defusers. A bit expensive but it should last long. I had it for a week now I might comeback to update the review in 2 weeks

The My Way scent is fantastic and has a great, inviting smell. However, unless in a small room with the door closed for hours, the scent just doesn't diffuse very well at all. Once a window or door is opened for a few minutes it's completely gone. Perhaps an active diffuser would work better, but other diffusers like this don't seem to have this problem. It's too bad as it's a great scent.

this reed diffuser is a total letdown. For how expensive it is, I expected way more. The scent barely fills the room, and it definitely doesn’t last as long as they claim. It’s supposed to feel “luxurious,” but I could barely tell it was there! To make it worse, Hotel Collection basically scammed me into a subscription for their overpriced oil diffuser which is ridiculously hard to cancel. It feels like they’re just out to take your money with zero regard for quality. Save yourself the frustration and skip this. You’re better off with a $5 aroma ascent from the drugstore!

This diffuser has little to no scent throw. It's in a small room and I cannot smell it unless I pick it up and hold very close. It smells good but doesn't matter much if there's no throw.

I really enjoy the scent of this diffuser—it has a luxurious, complex blend with hints of leather, sandalwood, and cardamom that feel high-end. It lasted quite a while, which I appreciated. However, I found the fragrance a bit too subtle for my preference; I wish it filled the room more strongly. Overall, it’s a great diffuser for those who prefer a more understated scent that lingers.
