I wasn't sure whether to purchase this because it didn't have any reviews. It is great. The packaging is sturdy so it came and was all intact. The cups are nice and thick. The only thing I would change is the lid to the teapot does not stay on while you are pouring. You need to hold onto it. Not a big deal. My favorite part is the tray. I love to store it all together and the tray makes it easy to bring everything out. It would be a little better if the tray had a lip so nothing can slide out but as long as you are careful, it's fine. I bought mine on sale so it was such a great deal. Happy with this purchase.

The product is well-made, and very pretty! I didn't realize how small the cups were going to be, so if you like a big cuppa, I would find a bigger set. The tray that comes with it is beautiful and would be perfect for serving little tea foods.

The handles on the tray are very loose and I can not tighten them at all no matter what I use. So for that I am disappointed. The spout drips everywhere and there is a puddle of tea under the teapot. It doesn’t keep the tea even tepid. I am very disappointed in that people gave this item 4/5 stars. It cost almost 50 bucks, are you people nuts. Oh and the lid doesn’t stay on at all! Are you kidding me, it just lies on the top of the teapot. Is this normal
