This choker is made of pvc with a metal ring, buckle, and embellishments. It has 6 holes for your level of comfort. Mine was a little too tight on me when I had 2 holes left to go. And it seemed too loose on me with 1 hole left to go. It also seems almost too tall heightwise, making it a little uncomfortable to look down. But maybe my neck isn't as long as it should be, acording to my kids, lol. Otherwise, lenghtwise, the choker is very bendable and not rigid. It's nice, it fits, it's fun!

This is a really nice collar, very comfortable and feels very high quality! The size was good for me, and I like the height of it, just what I was looking for rather than a narrow band. It also has some heft to it, but balances on that line between too heavy and too light. Definitely a good deal for $18 (at time of review). The ring feels sturdily attached. I do wish there was an option to swap or remove the tag.

My wife was pleasantly surprised to see this when I first showed it to her. The collar itself feels very well made and sturdy. I was worried about the length but it still was able to fit for us just barely. It actually felt pretty comforting (I tried it on myself) and personally tightened around the right areas you would want. The design of the tag didn't make sense to me at first but I realized now that the larger loop makes sense for a leash or if you just want to use it to grab on to. Definitely a nicer than average collar.
