Like obnoxiously squeaky so I used a different pump I have, which is no problem seeing as I purchased this for the ball, not the pump. The ball did come with 2 plugs (handy in case I lose one) and this AWESOME tool to remove the plug. Super useful in case the ball stretches and needs a little more air. Purchased this item for for use both as my office desk, and as an exercise ball. My review is based on two weeks use. Ball iis made of strong, durable vinyl and serves its intended purpose well. Three days after first inflation, I needed to pump in more air, because the ball had become soft. This was due to stretching of the material and was as described in the enclosed instructions. Since then, the ball has remained firm and has not required re-inflation. The pump which comes with the ball is small and made of flimsy plastic. It works, but I preferred to inflate with a much larger pump I already had. The pump also comes with two stoppers. After inflation, you insert a stopper insert into the ball's inverted nipple hole. The stopper fits tight and snug, not letting air escape. However, in the brief time between pulling out the inflation tube and inserting the stopper, some air escapes. This probably doesn't much matter, but is psychologically depressing. After working to pump the ball full and firm, you don't want any air to escape. The manufacturer could easily fix this, by attaching to the nipple two opposing rubber strips to make a one-way valve. In any case, the ball serves its intended purpose well. ... show more

Honestly this is the best money that I’ve spent on fitness product. I’m very happy with B.M.P. 65 cm exercise ball. I’m a big guy so I needed something that I could use with confidence. I was skeptical at first – the exercise balls at the gym are a little on the flimsy side. When B.M.P. advertised a 2000 lbs rating I had to try it. This ball delivers – it’s very sturdy yet not so stiff so it’s uncomfortable. I have been using it daily with confidence. The fact the B.M.P includes a foot pump makes this a great value! But wait there’s more; the fact that B.M.P offers full warranty for life makes this an incredible value for under $20.00. The only thing I would recommend is to come up with a way to identify correct inflation size on the ball itself. Perhaps with markings that lined up a certain way once the ball was properly inflated. Since I didn’t have a flexible measuring tape, I had to engineer a way to measure the diameter to the correct size using a wall. Other than that I would highly recommend this to anyone! Black Mountain Products Anti Burst Exercise Stability Ball with Pump, Black, 2000-Pound/55cm Was purchased for my wife who is just slightly over 5feet tall and needs it for back and physical therapy exercises. The 55cm Black Mountain ball that was purchased was just right for her and it feels so much stronger than another ball she had bought from another company. She won't use the other ball because of the fear that it may burst. We got this one because it's rated to withstand 2000 lbs of static weight and it feels durable. Inflation was easy with the included foot pump. It came with two nozzle sizes and the smaller one was just right for inflating this ball. The ball also comes with a plastic plug to put in the ball to keep the air inside after removing the pump valve (an extra plug was also supplied which was a nice addition). We measured the circumference of the ball to check for proper inflation and it came out exactly 68 inches which according to the enclosed product information sheet (which listed both the diameter and circumference measurements in both inches and cm) was exactly the right inflation. The quality of the ball seems very high and it has a full lifetime warranty. Highly recommended. ... show more
