It’s small and lightweight, which makes it super easy to handle, especially for someone like me who doesn’t iron often and doesn’t want anything too bulky. The steam feature heats up quickly and does a great job at getting wrinkles out of everything from cotton shirts to more delicate fabrics. I love that it has an automatic shutoff it gives me peace of mind because I’ve definitely walked away before without remembering to unplug the iron. I gave it 3 stars because it does effectively iron clothes; but I think "ANTI-DRIP SMARTSTREAM TECHNOLOGY" is just some phrase the marketing team made up. The thing leaks constantly, even if you don't fill it all the way to the 'MAX' line. It's not the end of the world, it's only water; but it's annoying to be sold a product with "ANTI-DRIP SMARTSTREAM TECHNOLOGY" that just pours water everywhere.
