I bought the pair of these 3.0AH batteries to use with the Black and Decker Alligator Chainsaw which came with a 1.5AH battery. That battery is fine for small jobs but ran out of power while doing on some major tree limb cutting my wife and I have been doing. They've now been used for several days since purchasing, with multiple recharges on each, and they work great. Usually using just one of the batteries, it will still be going when I've needed to take a break. Just today on one battery I made at least 20 cuts through 3 to 4 inch diameter limbs plus at least as many and likely more cuts on 1 to 1.5 inch branches and when I decided to quit for the day, the battery was still going, though maybe starting to show signs of running down. The batteries fit the Alligator Chainsaw perfectly, just like the battery that came with the saw and though rated at twice the power added very little/not noticeable weight to the saw. The batteries I received though do not have LEDs showing the charge state as described, but I consider this minor as I make sure they're fully charged before starting any job with them.

Good replacements for my Black and Decker drill/driver. I had only one battery and it died. This set of two holds a charge and I now have the extra!

These were a great replacement for my old Black and Decker batteries. Higher Ah capacity than the old ones provided a real power boost for my B&D tools. Why toss the old tools when a stronger battery makes the power last longer than the original. I added a fast charger for the batteries (also available on Amazon) to make charging faster for these batteries so I am always ready for the next job.

These work great with Black and Decker tools. They are a perfect fit. I don't think these last as long as they should on a charge though. I have to use 2 or 3 batteries on my yard and it is not big at all.
