Lovely fabric! Thin but strong, but of course doesn't look as shiny as the picture, which is a good thing IMO. I ordered 2 yards, it all came in one piece and measured 58" by 80". It has a lot horizontal stretch, no vertical stretch, and a little stretched at an angle (sorry that's the best way I can describe it). The thinness makes it easy to sew by hand. When I got the fabric, I made a skirt and was able to sew through at least 4 layers of fabric, by hand, with no problems. It also shipped out really REALLY fast. I ordered it Jan 19th, got it on the 21st and it was scheduled to come between the 23rd-28th. Standard Shipping I'll remind you. I'm in love, I will definitely buy more of this fabric and other fabric from luvfabrics when I get more funds. ... show more

The fabric was thin enough that I can use my normal sewing machine. I purchased 10 yards just because the price was great and I'm a fashion designer. It isn't as shinny as the picture, but I had already read that on previous reviews so I was hoping it was true. Doesn't feel cheap, feels strong. Best part!.. It's thin and strong, and does not tear around the edges as other fabric of this type often does. It has a good amount of stretch as well. The shine is not quite as intense as the image, more "satin" then glossy like the picture, but that's preferable for me. Overall, very satisfied, particularly for the price. ... show more

Love love love this stuff. Exactly what I need for custom automotive stereo systems. I fiberglass pods for multiple midrange speakers and wrap with this. It stretches. Difficult but as all art, worth it.

    • Fantastic fabric!
More of a one way stretch than 2. Not shiny like in the photo and looks a lot like pleather. Its easy to cut, doesn't fray, and definitely doesn't look cheap or handle cheap. Making shorts, a leotard and hopefully a skater skirt out of this; I bought 3 yards :)
