We bought this for my husband and there is not one thing he does not like about it. He’s out fishing in it every chance he gets. The pedals make it easy to fish since you’re not having to use the oar.

Do not buy anything from this company. Shipping is terrible and the kayak will deteriorate rapidly. Have a different model from BKC about a year now and had to strip the rudder system because it broke, hatches didn’t close right and leaked from day 1, seat is terrible, notched on the bottom for who knows what cause the kayak to get hung up on everything when loading or unloading. Inserts inside hatches are cheap vinyl bags with flimsy plastic frames. Best feature about this kayak? It floats. Save your money and put it towards a reputable manufacturer. I can’t even sell my Brooklyn Kayak, nobody wants it. ... show more

Bought two pk11’s… over $3500. First month several Pieces broke including the oar bungee clip and the trolling motor anchor clip. Customer service says they will se d one but on each status check they provide a non recognized tracking number and say it’s on its way. Have been through this several times now the last several months and they keep saying “ok it went out today”. Maybe it’s a robot? There is no customer service phone or online parts store for bkc. So if you decide on one of these and parts break you’ll have to come up with fabricating parts of your own. Don’t buy! Tell ... show more
