I’m really tall. so the first thing that caught my attention was the length dimensions (31) . Most waist trainers lengths start in the 20s and go on up according to size increase, if that ,they might all be 20.1 in length for example . When you have a longer torso some waist trainers barely reach the sugar rolls at the top of our back or the lower pouch. It’s really frustrating when your curvy and tall as well . It’s not comfortable at all . With a 38inch waist I decided to go with the 1x because I wanted it to sit right on my hips and a tighter fit . I wore it to the gym for the first time and it loosened up very well I could even place it on the second row if I wanted it to . Hope this helps you guys . Don’t if you are supper short this might be really long on you , and you feel like a can of beans . But for my girls 5’8 and up it’s a go . People with access lower fat , it’s a go , remember it’s long enough !

I ordered an xl and am normally a large (size 12ish) and it fit perfect. The eyelets took a while to connect but it’s nice having two sources of binding. I wore it for work today and it definitely helped my bad and keep my tummy in check. I love the straps too for when you need a little tighter but don’t want to clip smaller with the eyelets. Highly recommend!

I am tall and obese with an ugly butt (actual heart not a cute upside down heart), a big soft lower belly and bloated tight but slimmer upper belly. If you are tall and/or have a long torso and you're on the hunt for a body shaper that will actually cover from your back bra roll all the way to your lower belly/heart 🧡 shaped butt, this is not it. It is medium supportive and structured okay but is definitely not for us long girls. I wear it pulled up over the back bra fat with a Copper brand back belt across my upper heart butt/lower belly and this combo mostly covers the areas I want smoothed out. This leaves a bulge in the armpit/sideboob, but what are we to do? Also, standing and walking is fine, but sitting or bending will cause this shaper to crease and move/ride. I wear cotton camisoles under the shaper to avoid movement and sweating, which helps a little. I hate writing reviews, but I'm doing it for the long-torso shapewear hunters like me so that maybe I'll find the perfect shaper one day too.

I intentionally bought it a size smaller and I was able to stretch it. It was still very comfy. I slept in it and did not fell uncomfortable at all. I love the three straps. I can make it tighter where I need the extra support. I can’t wait to do my next workout out in it.
