Perfect fit, I ordered the medium. No sliding or twisting while I am out running. The sports band has little rubber bumps inside in order to prevent it from sliding off or slipping down. Much better than any other phone holder I have used I the past for running. I regularly run three miles and it stays in place and is very comfortable mile after mile. You unfortunately have to pull the phone out if you need to touch the screen for any reason, but if you have headphones you can use for skipping through songs and volume control you will be just fine. No need to take the phone out. I use my headphones to skip through songs and volume control and even answer calls so I do not hardly ever have to touch my phone during a run. I am so happy with this purchase. Unbelievably comfortable and convenient. Lightweight material that doesn't make you sweat anymore than the exercise you are already doing. Easy to take with you because it is a lightweight flexible material. Not like most sports bands with the hard plastic screen window. Honestly, all the window does is allow you the touch the screen, but it is usually too thick to allow any convenience. And it usually just makes the sports band uncomfortable and bulky. This sports band is not bulky what so ever. It is very soft and moves with you easily. Does not have the usual bulky stuff feel of most sports bands. I have been looking for something to hold my phone while I'm at the gym. This is the fourth one I've tried. Thus far, this one seems to be working the best. I have a Galaxy S9 Plus. It fits snug, but it does fit. It doesn't go all the way up on my arm like I was hoping, but it fits on my forearm snug. I've only used it a couple times but so far so good. I would have preferred it to have fit all the way up on my bicep. Overall, it is acceptable. I like the fact it has a nonslip lining. Addition: I have used this a few times this week. It seems to hold my phone nicely. The little pocket isn't really helping me much though. Overall, I like it though. A couple other people at the gym noticed it. They liked the nonslip inner lining. They liked it better than the velcro ones they were using. The said they were planning to order one for themselves soon.... I think that's great! !!! I was glad I could help them. ... show more

Bought this for running, it seemed like it would be more convenient than the other type since it goes on quickly and I never need to access my phone while running. My Galaxy phone fits perfectly. The armband seems well made and is very comfortable. The problem I have is the size. I measured my arm according to the instructions and ordered the correct size. It seems to fit well but as I start running it begins sliding around - rotating and slowing sliding down. It's not bad if I'm wearing more than a couple layers of clothes, but with one shirt on this thing is useless after 10 minutes. I would consider a smaller size, but it feels fine when I'm not moving. The hole for headphones is on the side and the iphone XR headphone jack is in the middle. If you don't have wireless earbuds this band will not work. It also was too large for my arm and I ordered a small. The quality isn't the greatest either, the lettering logo started coming off just from trying to get my phone to fit. ... show more

I have a Moto G7+ power and it is slightly longer than the arm band, but it does stretch as others point out, so no real issues there. The inside grippys keep it from sliding even when you sweat. Keeps my phone secure and hands free plus the bright green is nice. Great price so I am happy

Bought these to put a very small bluetooth radio in for referee use. The pocket is small, not sure it would hold any cellphone made today. And it was so tight against the radio, it turned one of the com links off in the middle of the game.

Nice for what it's desined to do. Does stay tight on your arm with the Phone in it. My Problem with it but it's not it's Fault I have the Larger Galaxy 10+ and it fits but is really tight. I usually have to take it off to do anything with the Phone and then put it back on but all in all it would work pretty well with a Standard Galaxy 10 ... show more

Very comfortable to wear. I jogged and did aerobics which includes lots of arm movements and my phone stayed put and did not slip out on the least minimum. I have an iPhone 11 pro. You have to take out the phone to tap on the screen but I did not need this feature since I already have a fitness watch on my wrist that mirrors my phone. ... show more
