I have a thing about smells and this one.. Was okay. Actually it's my only complaint about the product aside from the amount provided. It'll probably last only two shampooings. However! It worked. Like it really, really worked. Better than most other carpet shampoo I've tried. Got both the stench and stain out from my older, diabetic dog's urine. I'd probably have given it the extra star if it had a less artificial smell and more variety, like basil, lavender mint, or cinnamon vanilla. ... show more

I have 3 cats and a dog and let me say this cleaner is God-sent. With pets stuff happens cleans it quickly with hardly any elbow grease. I also use it on food stains on clothes and the stains disappear saving replacement costs. Well worth the spend!
