  • Such a great invention!
Style: CrossWave HydroScrub Plus
I have mixed feelings about cordless floor cleaners in general because a lot of them sound convenient but end up being underpowered, or turn out to be more work in the long run than just using a regular mop. This one actually impressed me more than expected. Being able to vacuum and wash the floor at the same time saves a surprising amount of time, especially with pets and kids constantly tracking things through the house. I'll admit, not dragging a cord room to room makes cleaning feel way less annoying, and the runtime has been enough for me to get through all or most of the main floor before needing a charge. The headlights also seemed gimmicky at first, but they genuinely help spot dust, crumbs, and pet hair hiding along edges or under cabinets. It also does a decent job getting close to baseboards compared to my other brand of wet vac. On hard floors it leaves everything looking noticeably cleaner without soaking the floor, which I appreciate since some mops leave too much water behind, and I always worry that it will affect my wood floors. The self cleaning cycle is also useful because it keeps the brush roller from getting gross as quickly. The included cleaning formula smells fresh without being overpowering, and overall the machine feels more substantial than a lot of lightweight stick cleaners. The reason I would not give it a full 5 stars is that it still requires more maintenance than people might expect. You definitely need to empty and rinse parts after each use or it can start smelling bad pretty quickly. It also struggles a bit with larger debris or really dried on messes unless you go over the area multiple times. The dirty water tank fills faster than expected too, especially in larger homes, and it can be annoying to need to stop and empty it when you are right in the swing of cleaning. Overall though, I think this is a really convenient everyday cleaning tool if you mostly have hard flooring and want something faster than vacuuming and mopping separately. It is not perfect, but it makes regular floor cleaning feel a lot less tedious and does a solid job for daily messes. In the end, do believe this saves me a lot of time cleaning, and that is worth its weight in gold! ... show more

  • Excellent for pet hair and hard floors, but it is not lightweight
Style: CrossWave HydroScrub Plus
I had the chance to compare this CrossWave HydroScrub to the cheaper CrossWave Edge Cordless, and this one is definitely the stronger machine. It feels well built, is easy to use, and is surprisingly quiet for how much it is doing. The price is high, but the vacuum and mop combo saves me from cleaning the same room twice, which matters in a house with multiple dogs. It did a great job on tile, linoleum, and LVP flooring. It picked up dirt, pet hair, dog prints, and the usual floor crud without leaving a film behind. The cleaning solution dries quickly and does not have the strong soapy smell that some floor cleaners leave. I got about 40 minutes of runtime, with probably 80 percent mopping and 20 percent vacuuming, which is close enough to Bissell’s claim that I was happy with it. The edge cleaning is one of the best parts. It gets right up against walls and cabinets where little dust piles and spills tend to hide. The headlights are also more useful than I expected. They make pet hair and debris much easier to see, and I don’t have to turn on every overhead light just to clean the floors. The dock is another big win. It keeps the unit charged and runs the self-cleaning cycle when you’re done. That is much better than scrubbing rollers by hand or dealing with washable mop pads. It also came with several cleaning solutions and spare consumable parts, including extra rollers, so I could start using it right away and swap rollers if one was still drying. Cleaning out the vacuum cartridge is straightforward, with no big disassembly or guessing. I did have to check the manual for the water tank cleaning process, but the tank holds plenty. I was able to mop around 1,000 square feet in my home without feeling like I was constantly stopping. Compared to the cheaper CrossWave Edge, this picked up pet hair better and had longer battery life. The tradeoff is weight. This is not a lightweight stick vacuum, and it would be a lot for my aging mother to carry up and down stairs. One small frustration is the self-cleaning cycle after a full battery drain. If you run it completely dead, you have to let it recharge a bit before the dock cleaning cycle will start. It does not simply run off dock power immediately, which is annoying if you forget and walk away. This is an expensive floor cleaner, and Bissell has a confusing number of similar models, but this one delivers. For a home with pets and hard floors, it cleaned very well and saved me a lot of time. ... show more

  • A Great Time Saver for Hard Floors
Style: CrossWave HydroScrub Plus
I’ve used a few wet/dry vacuum mops at this point, and the appeal is pretty obvious once you get used to them. Instead of vacuuming first, then dragging out a mop afterward, you can knock out the whole floor in one pass. This CrossWave feels a lot more polished than some of the older wet/dry vacs I’ve used.” Performance has been strong, especially on hard floors. It vacuums and mops at the same time, and the HydroScrub feature helps with stuck-on messes instead of just lightly wiping over them. It works especially well on tile, sealed hard floors, and the kind of everyday kitchen messes that usually take a few passes with a regular mop. It’s cordless, easy to maneuver, and the swivel head makes it simple to work around furniture and corners. The headlights are more useful than I expected too, especially for spotting crumbs, pet hair, and dust along baseboards or under cabinets. Battery life is solid. BISSELL rates it for up to 45 minutes, and that feels like enough time to cover a good amount of flooring before needing to recharge. It is not a tiny machine, but it weighs just over 10 pounds so it t still feels manageable and not overly tiring to push around. The edge cleaning is also a nice improvement. It gets much closer to walls and baseboards than older wet/dry vacs I’ve used, so I’m not constantly going back with a towel or separate mop to clean missed edges. Noise level is about what I expected. You definitely hear it running, but it’s not obnoxious for how much cleaning it’s doing. The build quality feels solid as well, and the whole unit feels durable enough for regular household use. Overall, this is a great option if you want to cut down on cleaning time and combine vacuuming and mopping into one pass. I think the price is reasonable given the cordless design, scrubbing performance, edge cleaning, and overall convenience. This bundle also comes with an extra rolling mophead, another filter, and a bunch of cleaning solutions for different surfaces. ... show more

  • Definitely one of those products that makes cleaning faster and less of an absolute chore. ✨
Style: CrossWave HydroScrub Plus
I LOVE that this unit is cordless. Honestly, that was a BIG reason I wanted it in the first place because my basement has the absolute worst outlet situation imaginable. I was tired of dragging extension cords around, unplugging and replugging. This solved my problem completely. The battery lasted through my entire cleaning and the suction power was pretty good. It picked up dirt, dust, hair, and random mystery basement stuff with ease. It is pretty lightweight for all that it does and easy to move around. Switching between wet and dry mode is totally simple. If you want to vacuum only then you just switch it into vacuum mode. For wet cleaning you just fill the clean water tank with water and the cleaning formula then use the regular cleaning mode to vacuum and mop at the same time. Easy to figure out. The headlights really do show all the stuff you might normally miss, especially in my dim lit basement. A few tips from using it: -Empty the dirty water tank right after cleaning unless you want to experience a science experiment later. 😅 -Rinse the brush roller and let it dry after use to keep the roller smelling good. -If suction seems to get weak... check for stuff wrapped around the brush roller first because that’s usually the problem. -Don’t overfill the dirty tank or it may stop suction until it's been emptied. -The edge cleaning works surprisingly well but slower passes near walls gave the best results for me. Overall, this thing performed great, is powerful, easy to use and a decent value. ... show more

  • Wet dry floor cleaner with strong performance and helpful features
Style: CrossWave HydroScrub Plus
This floor cleaner offers a powerful combination of vacuuming and washing that handles everyday messes on hard floors with good efficiency. The scrubbing action lifts dirt effectively, and the edge cleaning design reaches along walls and corners for a more complete finish. The headlights make it easier to see debris on darker surfaces, and the multi surface formulas included provide a fresh and clean result. The cordless design adds convenience for moving between rooms, and the docking station keeps the unit organized while running the cleaning cycle for the brush and internal parts. The overall build feels sturdy and capable of handling regular use. The weight is noticeable during longer cleaning sessions, and switching between dry and wet modes requires a brief pause to empty or adjust the tanks. The price is also higher than many similar models, which may be a consideration for some buyers. Overall, this cleaner delivers strong floor care performance with useful features and dependable results, placing it in the upper mid range for multi surface cleaning tools. ... show more

  • A very nice mop vacuum combo! A very nice mop vacuum combo!
Style: CrossWave HydroScrub Plus
This is a very nice wet dry vacuum mop! I appreciate the ability to either use the vacuum function by itself or adding in the mopping function. The transition between the two is seamless as well. The vacuum has enough power and height to get standard crumbs on a kitchen floor, but nothing too tall. It also has enough power to pull up dirt and hair from a low pile carpet which is nice. The battery lasts very well - I am able to do my entire downstairs on one charge. After the initial charging session it also charges very quickly! It is not too heavy, so that is a great positive as well. It comes with a lot of different cleaning solutions for the mopping function, but you do have to use about half a bottle each time so keep that in mind. Initially a great value, but it might get expensive over time. The performance of the mopping function is fantastic - it easily cleans up spills and scrubs away grime. Cleaning the mop parts after mopping is a little bit of a hassle, but for the price of this product and the combined functions, I find it worth the money. Overall I recommend! ... show more

  • It’s saves space and time! It’s saves space and time!
Style: CrossWave HydroScrub Plus
I have wanted a dual vacuum like this for so long, and I was so excited to receive it. We have two dogs and what I have to believe is the world’s messiest cat! Our cat tracks litter and wet food EVERYWHERE, so this two-in-one vacuum seemed perfect for us. I love the traditional cordless vacuum design. I’ve always preferred cordless stick vacuums because I hate dealing with cords, but one downside is constantly holding the trigger. This Bissell gives you the convenience of a cordless vacuum with the ergonomics of a traditional vacuum, and I really love that. The switch from dry vacuuming to wet vacuuming isn’t quite as seamless as I imagined, but it makes sense and doesn’t feel like a design flaw. You need to dry vacuum debris first, empty the bin, and then switch to the wet vac function. You can’t toggle back and forth between the two modes, so that’s something to keep in mind. The wet vacuum function works well, and I was especially impressed by the PetPro solution. It removed any trace of pet odor and left behind a fresh, clean scent without smelling overly perfumey. I used it on luxury plank vinyl and tile in our basement where our cat’s litter box and food are located. It deep cleaned the floors well, although it didn’t completely remove all of the dried-on wet cat food. It loosened most of it, though. The self cleaning function is also convenient. You simply add cleaning solution to the tank, dock the vacuum, and press the clean button. In about 45 seconds, the vacuum cleans buildup from the roller and internal parts. Afterward, the components do need to air dry before the next use. Overall, this has been an excellent addition to my cleaning routine. It replaces both my cordless vacuum and steam mop, which saves space, and I’d especially recommend it for homes with hard floors and messy pets. ... show more

  • Two-in-one machine
Style: CrossWave HydroScrub Plus
I was skeptical about this machine but this thing actually delivers. My kitchen tile gets pretty grimy from cooking and it lifts everything without leaving that filmy residue other mops leave behind. I really appreciate the headlights too since they make pet hair practically glow under furniture where I would normally miss it. The edge cleaning works well along baseboards and cabinet lines. Battery life is solid enough to get through my whole first floor on one charge. It does feel a bit heavy though, especially if you have stairs to carry it up and down. Cleaning the rollers after use is straightforward with the dock handling most of the work for you... I just wish the water tank was slightly larger since I had to refill once during a bigger clean. Still, this is one of those purchases where the price actually makes sense because you are practically getting two machines in one. ... show more
