Description

The legendary Arizona is for many, the epitome of the Birkenstock® sandal and has been one of the most popular models, delighting wearers worldwide for decades. The iconic design of Birkenstock® Arizona Soft Footbed - Nubuck Leather sandal is simple, a two-strap upper that can be individually adjusted to the wearer's feet using two sturdy buckles complemented with the signature comfort of the Birkenstock footbed − guaranteeing a good fit and firm support. The variety of available materials and colours make the model a sandal for all walks of life. The arch supports that run alongside the sides of the footbed surround the tarsal bones inside and out. This gives the foot the stability it needs when it takes a step. The very deep molding in the heel area supports the foot tissue and holds the heel bone firmly in its natural position. This provides the foot with nearly as much support when it is in a sandal as when it is in a closed shoe.

    • I love my Birks!
Size: 8 Color: Mocha Birkibuc
I had heard about the amazing fit and support of Birkenstocks from a friend with a pinched nerve in her foot, which caused her pain with every step. She has a few pairs now, and says that as long as she is wearing her Birks, her foot may as well have nothing wrong with it: they are so comfortable and supportive she doesn't feel any pain anymore. I was sick of buying 5 new pairs of $10 sandals every summer, and I wanted something cute that fit my style and wouldn't break the bank, and the added bonus of good foot support sounded good to me too: so I took a chance and bought these. I am so glad I did. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and they fit me perfectly. (I'm an 8 or a 9 in US shoes generally, so I picked 39M according to the size conversion chart). Keep in mind that they do take a few days of wear to "break in" and really conform to your foot, but once they do they will fit like a dream. I would actually prefer wearing these to being barefoot, and I generally find shoes uncomfortable! I've been wearing them for three months now and there is no real wear and tear visible except for the mark of my foot on them. If you're uncertain about these, buy them: at such a low price on Amazon they're a steal too! I never want to wear another sandal again! ... show more

    • I would order a size down
Size: 8 Color: Mocha Birkibuc
These are very comfortable and I love them and wear them every day. I would say order a size down as they were a little bit larger than I expected.

    • Use the size chart on the Birks website
Size: 8 Color: Mocha Birkibuc
I'm normally a size 9, so I ordered a size 40 but had to resell- as it was too big. I had to reordered a new pair in size 39 but it is still too big (length wise). My suggestion is to follow the size chart on the Birks website; the length of my feet corresponded to size 38 but I didn't trust it lol (i.e. I just wasn't sure). Nevertheless, the sandals are beautiful! ... show more

    • Life Changing
Size: 8 Color: Mocha Birkibuc
I was skeptical to buy these, mostly because I love my chacos and thought it couldn't get better than that. I have falling arches, so the first couple days I work these I was ready to return them. But I tried them one more time, and I have to say.. now that they're worn in and I'm more adjusted... I'm in love! Definitely worth the price, would definitely recommend. ... show more

    • Birkenstock Unisex Sandal
Size: 8 Color: Mocha Birkibuc
I chose this sandal because my daughter has been wanting a pair and this product was in my price range. Worried that the product would be cheap and not in comparison to the more expensive Birkenstock, I was thrilled when my teenager loved them. She wears them everywhere and says they are comfortable and her friends now want to order some from amazon as well. As a single parent buying a good quality product that will last and be liked is important. I would definitely recommend them. ... show more
