Right now my pizza oven is covered in snow and a sheet pan just won't do! Bought this stone and heated the oven to 500 degrees. Brick temp was about 460 when I slid the pizza on to it. A little corn meal makes the sliding easy! This pizza was done in 15 minutes. Perfect size and so easy to clean. let it cool and brush the loose corn meal off. Great indoor pizza! ... show more
