These stainless steel bird spikes are long and well positioned to prevent birds from landing. Each strip is 13 long and 1.15 wide. The width of the spikes at the top is 2.15, the depth from the base to the top is 4.

Had a big problem with birds hanging out on a ledge on my porch. I was completely over cleaning bird poo. I learned about these from a neighbor. This item is excellent. I’ve seen the plastic ones and they discolor and just look cheap. These are true stainless steel and look as good today as when I installed them. The base can be cut to length using tin snips. Assembly is easy. You’ll need your own mounting screws and I recommend stainless steel screws. Great purchase. Love the price and it completely solved my bird problem.

Quality product, keeping birds away from my front door. Value priced but well made. Lowe's charges 4 times as much for a similar product. Easy snap together assembly. Make sure you pay careful attention to the instructions and don't miss installing any spikes. Screws aren't included for installation but I already had some on hand.

My cats are climbers. They have gotten just about everywhere in my house, including into the space between floors in my utility room. It’s funny and infuriating. Their newest circus tricks are to “tightrope” the banister of my stairs and to try to get on my fireplace mantle. Not anymore. These strips were quick and easy to put together. They don’t come with fasteners to attach them to surfaces - that’s on you. I’d recommend zip ties or quick-tack, for quick adjustments or movement. I used museum gel on the ones sitting atop my mantle right now and they haven’t moved. Cats have met their match. Hopefully they can come down after a bit and I can reuse outside.
